Lots of fun and plenty to see for the children. It's worth making a full day of it. We attended the evening event which opened at 6.30 - 9.30. The little ones didn't want to leave. Food is expensive so pack snacks and drinks if you're on a budget. The staff are amazing. Had booked weeks in advance, unfortunately we had a rail strike to deal with on the Saturday, but got there and back onto London with ease.

Will definitely go again.

I’m surprised I graded “Very Good” because on reflection I have a few points to make.

The dinosaur walk is fantastic. It has been very well done. Lots of fun walking through there. Very realistic and quite scary for little babies.

There are various parks for children of all ages.

Parking is free which is welcomed.

£24 each to get in. I guess if it is ploughed back into the upkeep of the animals and not for greedy profiteering bosses that is another plus. But makes this place more designed for special occasions. I’m sure the average family couldn’t afford to visit every week.

The lions, as beautiful as they are have no space to run or climb. It was a sad sight to see. Such beautiful majestic creatures. I know they would not last five minutes in the wild and would be shot for some sick trophy hunter.

The goats had no branches to nibble on or maybe they are given branches daily as their enclosure was bare of any sort of interest for them to immerse in. I also do wonder why the rabbits were alone in their pens. I was always of the mind they prefer to be in pairs (neutered of course). I also think there should be constant supervision IN THIS AREA by a member of STAFF. Not all those visiting are of sound mind and who knows what those small furries are subjected to daily with constant streams of kids and families.

All of the monkey cages. Small.

Penguins no room to swim. Barely enough water for a splash.

There was a red panda. Luckily he had a tree. But other than that not much of a place to live at all.

£1.80 for a can of Coke.
We didn’t eat on site so unable to comment.

SUMMER EVENINGS IN PARADISE. We visited earlier this evening! It was absolutely incredible. Something different to do on a Friday night. Our 5 year old loved it and I can’t believe how much PWP has changed (for the better) the Dinosaur area is even better than before. The new tiger enclosure is amazing (it’s been a while since we last visited) the staff were super friendly and we had a great evening in Paradise. Would highly recommend

Love coming here, only the 2nd visit we've had but the kids loved it especially the Jurassic Park section. This has now replaced Whipsnade as our zoo day out.

We went to the Evenings at Paradise experience and it was AMAZING!
Staff are so very friendly and it was a nice fast entry into the park (as it’s online booking only, so very straightforward).
There was so much to see and do and it’s very clean and tidy. Lots of animals to see and of course the kids loved the dinosaurs too. The free face painting was a lovely surprise too. 10/10

I've been several times now, parking is free and plentiful and there are many play areas across the park for children to freely use so they can burn some energy off. During the summer season there's also a water 'splash park' and plenty of picnic spaces, although I would nab one early rather than waiting until lunchtime if the park is busy.
Between May to July there can be lots of school groups visiting the park during the week, it's a fantastic place for classes of children to come - safe and educational however, PWP could do with putting in a block of toilets for school groups to use as there isn't enough general toilets for multiple groups to use straight off the coach along with family groups.
If you have a dinosaur enthusiast of any age, then you're in for a treat. World of Dinosaurs is a real asset to the park with the models mostly lifelike, and the dinosaur train is worth the £2 to see it from a different angle.
The animals seem well looked after, the keepers happy to share their knowledge with you. The park is clean although I think there could be more seats at key points. The update to the tiger area is exciting, you are now able to look down at them from the upper walk way.
There's no outside water bottle refill stations but the cafes will top you up if asked. I've always taken a picnic but the food is typical of a British theme park.

Lovely family place to visit, pricey. Knocked down one star for having to pay for the train ride, expensive gift shops and food.

Very clean and tidy. Well laid out with new enclosures opening soon. Lots of animals in nice enclosures. Well worth a visit. In addition the best dinosaur animatronics I've seen and the most dinosaurs. All in all an excellent day out.

I love this place, I had a nasty fall, really hurt one leg and fractured the ankle if my other leg. It was on a small drain lower than the ground that I didn't see just before we got to the penguins. However the first aid staff were lovely, looked after me and my God daughter who was with me. They arranged for us to be driven to the local hospital too. So thank you Paradise, we hope to see you soon
