Well kept place. The Jurassic park bit is our families favourite, the big doors, the music, the life size Dino's. All great, even if they are starting to show wear and tear. We tried the Bamboo Kitchen food near the lions and the organic coffee place near the entrance, both excellent. Oh the play park is brilliant, be prepared to spend a long time in there if you have kids with you.

We had an amazing day. I had an experience with the Lemurs and the Sloths. The park is very well kept, the keepers are willing to spend time with you and answer any questions you may have about the animals. There is plenty too see and I definately recommend a visit for adults and children. We had a wonderful day.

Excellent day out. Very well organised and presented animals, with informative talks and enthusiastic staff. Great for young children too, with significant sections there to keep them entertained. Well served by refreshment facilities. A good range of animal experiences available e.g. feeding, but need to book in advance for these. Theme is conservation rather than zoo, but this doesn't detract from the experience. The conservation shop/stall is worth a visit.

We love it here…so much to do. Our toddler loves the dinosaurs, the fish and the zebra bench the most…but there are so many other things to see/do! Well worth a visit!

I came here as part of my brothers wedding celebrations and it was fab! The animals look very well looked after with great enclosures! Especially the lion enclosure! We also loved the dinosaurs and going on the dinosaur train (we're big kids!). I can't wait to go back when the sun bears are open to the public!

Wonderful zoo and Wildlife Park. Such a lovely atmosphere as soon as you arrive. Lots to do for children. Interesting talks at various times around the zoo all clearly advertised around about so you can plan your day. Amazing dinosaur section with moving roaring dinosaurs amongst the trees all accessible via wide well covered pathways. We had a wheelchair in our party and access was no problem.

A fully packed day with nice lunch from one of the eateries. Packed lunches can be taken too as there are many places to sit and eat. So much to see from native wildlife to exotics. My friend fed one of the tigers which was an incredible experience, all from her wheelchair with excellent instruction from Cassie who was just incredible explaining the process and keeping everyone calm and safe. All the staff appear happy welcoming and relaxed whilst showing a high level of professionalism.

All the wonderful animals are relaxed and happy with lots of enrichment. You can feel the love that goes into their care. There is far more than a day's worth of fun, wonder and education at this zoo. Places where you can learn about the many conservation projects and get involved with sponsoring to help the many species that are in dire need of help preserving natural habitats and preserving many species in danger of destruction.

If you simply wish to visit and have a lovely day out thats ok too you will feel so welcome by all. I highly recommend a visit for all ages. The oldest in our party was 101!

Went in the summer. Great day out for the kids especially as one loves dinosaurs and the other loves animals! Best of both worlds. Only downfall is the food available, more variety would be 5 stars.

Visited with a lovely friend, 101 years of age, for a birthday treat with her daughter. What a fabulous day we had. She had a feed the big cats experience and fed a tiger. A lovely extremely kind and knowledgeable keeper guided her through the experience beautifully. I cannot rate this experience high enough. All the staff polite and friendly. We spent all day enjoying the animals and a nice lunch. The dinosaurs were amazing too. Definitely will be back.

The Dinosaur Park part is one of the best we've been to and our son absolutely loved it! The wildlife section is also great. One thing that I found a bit wanting was the extremely over priced food after entry tickets were already not cheap. The food near the tiger enclose was £8 for a large chicken noodle, which even if the box was full would be pricey, but the box wasn't even half full of food and the small portion was just a slap in the face. So facilities great...but take youbown food to avoid being blatantly ripped off.

Amazing place to take our 2 year old. We rarely go to see the animals as the soft play and train are right as you go in. The splash park has been excellent over the summer too. It's always tidy and the staff are friendly and helpful. We have the annual ticket as we enjoy it do much
