Wow, what a wonderful place, so impressed , watched one zoo three with my grandaughter and when we went today, she spotted Aaron and he was so friendly...he was happy to chat, high five and have a selfie with Evie...the dinosaur land was Brill, so lifelike (or at least as we imagine!), so many too, most parks just have a couple of animatronics..not here, there are loads...hope to return soon, needed 2 days really!!

We visited during the last weekend of March as our daughter loves 'One, Zoo, Three' on CBBC. We had an absolutely wonderful time visiting the park. Great range of animals and displays. Excellent and affordable food and drink options. Staff and keepers were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and engaging. My wife was lucky enough to bump into Lynn (CEO) who went above and beyond. Couldn't have asked for a better trip. Highly recommend this place!

Smaller but amazing zoo, you get so much closer to the animals here compared to bigger zoos. Whilst there aren't as many different animals as bigger zoos, the experiences you can book, along with seeing the animals closer makes it well worth it.
I could barely make out the red fluff of the Red Pandas at other zoos, as they hid way away up the tree in their enclosure, here they were so close you can see them properly and actually experience seeing these adorable little things.

Fantastic day out!!! Worth every penny.

We were a bit unsure how it would be for us as we weren’t taking children but was honestly an awesome day out! Highly recommend

Great trip with my school
Just the right size for a day trip.
The children saw lots without too much hanging around.

We bought my mum a big cat feeding experience for her 50th! We had an amazing time, it was insane being that close to the beautiful lionesses! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, they talked us through everything that was going to happen and they gave us lots of information about lions and the training they do with them! The safety information was very clear, and the keeper's kept a close eye on us to ensure we were safe during the whole experience. It's an absolute must do if you haven't done an experience before - We will 100% be booking back in to have an encounter with some of their other big cats!

Thank You Paradise For A Wonderful Day! And For Taking Great Care Of Us While We Were With You!

I’d not been to Paradise Wildlife Park for quite a while and was invited by a family member to go with them.last time I went the zoo was a really good day out with plenty to see however this time that was not the case.Because of the new sunbear and Jaguar enclosures being built it felt like half the zoo was shut off.there where also a lot less animals to see than on my previous visit, last time there where Cheetahs and various smaller wildcats that have now gone, there where also jaguars(I know there coming back) but not there this visit ,also there where normal and white lions.only one of which is there now.
I also think even though the new tiger enclosure is impressive the idea of having most of the ground floor viewing windows in the restaurant is wrong ,if your a photographer and want photos you’d have to take pics over people eating food.
On a positive I do feel the enclosures there are definitely better and bigger than I remember.the red pandas where also very active and great to see

I think if the price had been reduced because of the building work and less animals it would have been fairer

Incredible little place. The dinosaur exhibition is really nicely done, and had our son wandering around with his mouth open. The Tigers are absolutely stunning, and the food was surprisingly good.

We took our 2 year old and he absolutely loved it! There was so much for him to do although he was scared by the dinosaurs 🙈 I loved seeing the lions 🥰 will definitely come back in the summer to make use of the splash area. We went during school time so it was lovely and quiet

My 8 year old is a huge fan on One Zoo Three on CBBC so a day out at Paradise Park was on the cards for Mothers Day.
What a superb Zoo. The animals are impressive, very accessible and all looked very well and happy. The public areas were all clean and well maintained and all the staff very friendly. Our tortoise talk was fun and informative and held our little boy’s attention throughout. A lot to see and do in one day so a return trip is being planned.
One the negative side the food availability is, as with all attractions like this, very disappointing. Low on quality but high on price and due to something that was never entirely explained we had to wait an hour for noodles with chicken although there was chicken right there when we ordered it.

Being a fan of the TV show my boy was disappointed that there wasn’t any merchandise with them on it (apart from one page in a calendar). An opportunity missed me thinks.
However it was nice to see one of the brothers actually there. My boy got very star struck and shy at that point.

A great day out. But take a picnic.

Paradise Wildlife Park (soon to be Hertfordshire Zoo) has really improved over the years. Great staff, facilities and the enclosures are all very clean and well kept.

Tip - go to the Bamboo Kitchen for lunch and time it to see the tigers being fed whilst you dine in :)

Annual membership is so worth it. The park has so much to offer and every visit is a new magical memory added to the log. It's run by an incredible team of people! Looking forward to seeing what incredible changes the park goes through in 2023 and 2024.

Great place for a day out with the kids. You do have to try and drag it out a bit tho with a picnic and the park to make it last the day. Also love that as a disabled lady I get a discount and a carer place for free. Just showed my blue parking badge.
