We traveled 2 hours to specifically see the Sengi and our trip was worth every second! Not only did we get to see the adorable Sengi, but keeper Kim was kind enough to let us get a closer look at them and give us amazing facts and knowledge on the adorable tiny creatures. Thank you so much Kim, you made our trip so special! We would 100% recommend going to Hertfordshire zoo!

We made the trip from Bristol to visit our sister park as we have annual membership, but mainly because our daughter loves the One Three Zoo TV show which is filmed here.
The day started out great with the reception staff spotting her birthday badge and hearing about her love of the show, and gave her a signed photo of the 3 brothers, Cam, Tyler, Aaron which made her day.
The park was fantastic, really clean and well laid out and with loads to see. The Dinosaur walk through was great as was the short train ride.
The animal enclosures were brilliant, and very spacious. The bird show was also good, as were the numerous play areas.
If your a fan of the motorsport Speedway there is also a small but packed museum. With a very nice guy running it.
A great family day out, and well worth the trip we will definitely be back, and hopefully meet the brothers next time.

Zoo was brilliant and the Dinasour section made the ticket price worthwhile! We went on a weekday and all the food places / stalls were closed which was unexpected but we had a good time nonetheless

I visited the Zoo with family today, we had a lovely day, the sun was shining and all of the animals were out. However, I was disappointed with the service in the gift shop. The tall lady and the curly haired boy were very rude and spent more time chatting to each other and the security guard than serving people and didn’t offer me any help until I walked up to the till and interrupted their conversation . They should remember the fact they are working in customer service and not at a social call.

Such a lovely Zoo for families especially kids with lots of entertainment. We have been a few times and new areas are always been added meaning the experience is different. Spent a few good hours here and got be close to some of the farm animals

The zoo is so lovey my kids enjoyed the attractions so much and it was very clean and the workers are very nice always with a smile on their face. A worker Evie was so lovely when my 6yr old child went to buy herself ice cream for the first she was very welcoming. Overall the zoo is a lovely place to go on a weekend!!

We love this zoo, it makes a real effort to make its animals, often rescued, to feel safe and cared for. Young children can get quite close, which is a thrill. An enormous effort on star wars day was much appreciated! Thank you guys 🤩

We had a tiger experience for my husband's birthday and wow, it was absolutely fantastic. The lady, I think her name is Cassie, was fantastic and spent a lot of time answering our questions. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. Would throughly recommend this to anyone. My husband said it was the best present he had ever had and that his dreams had come true.

Had an absolute amazing day celebrating my grandparents 90th birthdays! Thank you to all the staff who wished them a happy birthday and helped to make their day special! Was a day to remember forever :))

What can you say! After seeing it on the tv we came as a family group of ten!
Zoo is phenomenal as is the dinosaur park, a great family day out which was worth the money. Drinks etc inside not too overpriced either which helped.
Only negatives to stop a five star review was after paying nearly £200 for ten of us we then had to pay another 20 to ride the train? Also all the adults weren’t allowed in soft play? Seemed very strange but never mind.
The dinosaurs are great and the young lady who was doing the stage intros etc was so friendly and great with the kids!

We had a capybara experience for two on Monday 4th of May and the receptionist was really nice, gave us a drink and some biscuits whilst we awaited our experience to begin, as well as a cute little goodie bag with some freebies! Amelia came to collect us for the experience and it was just a phenomenal time had. Amelia was really great in explaining the safety measures, facts about the capybaras and she accommodated our needs perfectly, would suggest this experience 100%!

A stunning Zoo!! We visited on Sunday May 3rd and had a great day with our kids. Our boys have watched plenty of One Zoo Three and we made a trip down from York as a treat!
The dinosaur area was really well done, the best we've seen in the UK with a fun little train ride aswell.
The Zoo itself is unbelievable, all animals looked very happy and the visibility of the animals was excellent for kids with large glass, lower level glass or lots of look out points. We did 930 to 5 and could have stayed longer, good services on site and we will visit again!! Thank you!
