I have been given a piece of jewellery which needed a valuation for insurance purposes and so obviously I went into Lance James the Jewellers in Hertford. I have just received the valuation back and it's amazing! It's nothing like ones that I've seen before from other jewellers, it has clear and detailed photo's and all the information that could possibly be needed. Having this document has really put my mind at rest as it's fantastic! Yet another example of how Lance James the Jewellers is head and shoulders above all other jewellers in the area.

Hard to put into words just how much Lance James has done for me over the years. They helped me and my wife find jewellery for her family during her cancer battle and continued to help her by hosting a charity event in her honour, after her passing they've helped me choose a ring for new partner, safe to say I will continue to use them always, and regard them as friends now. Such customer service and levels of care and attention are very rare these days, I feel very lucky to find such a fantastic jewellers!
