I have been given a piece of jewellery which needed a valuation for insurance purposes and so obviously I went into Lance James the Jewellers in Hertford. I have just received the valuation back and it's amazing! It's nothing like ones that I've seen before from other jewellers, it has clear and detailed photo's and all the information that could possibly be needed. Having this document has really put my mind at rest as it's fantastic! Yet another example of how Lance James the Jewellers is head and shoulders above all other jewellers in the area.

They have greagreat choice of stock and some really unique pieces. Jackie is so friendly and helpful. When we brought our wedding rings we were on a tight budget & jackie helped us find the perfect set, nothing is ever too much trouble. The perfect place for a special gift and a great place for a little treat, I love the virtue rings silver & so reasonable at £20! Best jewler in Hertfordshire
