The move is smooth and fast, with the help of Aaron and Jai. They are really nice and works efficiently. The only thing is that the customer service responds slow or no response. I emailed the CS email and got no reply :(

Used the pod storage for the past 3 years. They come with a van, take all your stuff and, seal it (what is essentially a large wooden crate / container) and off they go. Smooth / Easy & No Problems. If you need anything you can book access to your pod 2 clear days in advance, travel to your selected site location (my case Uxbridge) and take or add what you need with ease. I encountered only the most helpful and kind people in Uxbridge!
What I appreciate most, was the ease of organising everything and additionally compared to the other storage provider 'sharks' out there (*cough* big yellow storage *cough*) absolutely not one arbitrary price hike!!! Big Yellow comes up with a reason to increase your monthly price pretty much every 6 weeks...

Absolutely amazing the trio of men that helped me move yesterday brilliantly helpful, nothing was too much trouble and put me at such ease taking away so much stress at an already highly stressful time and being 27 weeks pregnant in this heat aswell. They are just an absolute credit to you as a business and should be acknowledged just for being themselves, being relatable and respectful and when somebody is feeling so overwhelmed in the moment to have them three was really one of the most amazing things!
