It was easy to book the service to collect the furniture and we were guided to the size of pod we should have. Steven and his team arrived when they said they would, laid cloths on the floor and over the door threshold to ensure no furniture was scuffed or damaged. They also explained to my dad all the furniture was already in the pod on the lorry and the pod was locked and would not be opened until it was returned, this gave my dad peace of mind.
It was easy book the return of the furniture, and again Steven contacted us the night before asking if we wanted to bring the time forward the next day. They arrived on time and dad messaged me to say he was happy to have his sofa back. I want to thank EasyStorage for making it easy and providing dad with peace of mind. Also to Steven who took the time to explain to my dad about his furniture being safe and secure.

Barry, Darren and Justin helped us with our furniture going into storage following flooding at our flat. They were superb from start to finish, doing the job in high spirits, making us laugh and giving us helpful advice. There were a few challenging items but they remained positive and provided real service with a smile. Friendly, polite and empathetic. Thank you for your hard work and service. Right from speaking with Raheem to the pick up guys, Yusuf, Tony and Chip, the service and collection was simply brilliant. Great service. very easy to deal with. You can book online or talk to an advisor. They managed to find a spot for me at the last moment. Richard and Steve who handle the removals are brilliant. They moved the furniture very efficiently, packed and unpacked the containers very quickly and put the furniture where I have asked. I have booked the delivery on the site, it was very easy. The containers arrived on time and all my belongings were in the excellent condition after 4 months in the storage. Excellent service. Thank you

I had a problem with another storage. With less than 24hrs Mohammed tried his very best and effort to sort everything for me and being the kindest a understanding person when I was really stressful.
