Great service all round, quick and effective booking system , easy to use and navigate, good value compared to other sites.
The best part was being looked after from Stewart and the crew on the day, who moved through the loading of pods with efficiency and great care, bending over backwards to ensure I was happy with everything.

Unfortunately what was promised was not actioned in reality.

As agreed, I can offer you the 50% rate of £88.39 monthly ong,oing until the end of the year/December. This does not mean you have to stay till the end of year but that we will simply add this discount ongoing considering your situation, you have our utmost support during this time.
This means the two payments of £132.58 paid on 8th July will be partially credited to show £44.19 against each invoice to reflect the agreed rate of £88.39. The £20 late fee paid on 13th July will also be issued as credit against your account. This totals the credit of £108.39.
This covers the payment of July and gives a £20 credit against the account which I have now refunded back to your account- please allow a
couple working days’ notice for this to be reflected in your bank.
The ongoing billing will reflect £88.39 from 5th August onwards.

Communication was great, I got an email the day before confirming the appointment and a call before arrival.
The team were great, Darnell, Ethan, Lee, Loui and Gavin. They are professional, efficient, and didn’t complain, I can see they take pride in their work.
If Gavin wasn’t too sure about anything, he would ask me, he called me by my name which made me feel comfortable. The team were all polite.
