The two lads who came to collect the two seater settee which was quite heavy as it was a recliner
the only downside is they came from Newhaven so quite a journey i thought they were from Ashford they were polite and nice to talk to.

The team were so friendly and nice. They made the process of moving our items so convenient and smooth, and they were very careful and gentle with our fragile items. Before moving our stuff, I was anxious regarding how they would move my items safely, but after observing their carefulness and dedication in their work I felt completely comfortable and confident regarding the safety of my items.
I would like to thank Lois, Zoltan, and Darnell for their great work.
(Additional note: I had a look inside the van after the work finished to see how my stuff are arranged inside the pot, and I liked it)

Quick response from start to final moving in. Access to unit very easy no complications. Abit tricky with the locks at first but overcome in minutes. Overall day went very smoothly.

I tried another company a while back but they weren’t as quick and professional as this, I initially had my doubts and was worried but it all went perfectly fine from start to finish. Both guys that picked up my stuff were really nice, patient, and professional. They took care of everything, and within 5-15 minutes they loaded everything, it was really fast and were on time. Prior to this, I was talking to Mohammed Awan and he made sure that all my inquiries were answered, he was nice and patient as well. I was stressing out so much for nothing, thank you so much!!! would def use this company again !

The whole process from start to finish was very professional and efficient. I was greeted on the day by Darren, Barry and George who couldn't have been nicer and made a difficult personal circumstance that little bit better. They ensured my furniture was transported to the pod with care and ensured everything was packed well to maximise the space available - thank you Easy Storage and a huge thanks to 3 lovely gentlemen for your help!

Oh my god. I was super stressed over them picking my stuff up. I was running a little late but Alejandro was so kind and waited for me. He came right on time too. Alejandro was so fast it literally took him five minutes to load my stuff into his van. I had 5 large boxes and 2 huge suitcases and 1 carry on. He refused to let me help him. Very friendly and patient and kind. Easystorage is definitely easy. Love it so much. Would 100% recommend!!

From start to finish, every step of the process was explained clearly and I knew exactly what to expect. I initially spoke to Mohammad Awan via the telephone who booked me in for the collection and transfer of my household belongings. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to get me a collection slot the following day which was amazing. Thanks Mohammad! On the day, I had a phone call from the collection and delivery team informing me that they were nearby. I was very impressed with speed at which Stewart and Andy collected and transported my heavy boxes and other household belongings from my garage into the two unit pods secured on their van. Both men were very easy going, friendly, professional and I would definitely recommend them and everyone who works at Easy Storage. Well done!!!
