The guys, Louis, Zayn and Zoltan were extremely helpful. Even if problems with the lift and a lot of running they kept the spirit up. It went quick and smooth. These guys deserve a raise, they did an excellent job and they showed what outstanding service looks like.

I found the whole experience really positive. The fact that the movers help to pack the crate was really helpful and made things really quick. Storage was far, far cheaper than anywhere else in London by a huge margin.
Getting my stuff back was really easy. A special shout out to Darnell and Lee who could not have been more helpful or more careful with my things.

It can be and is a stressful time but using Easy Storage from enquiry to booking to responding patiently to a number of questions - to being flexible with a lot of last min changes and finally on the day a great team taking good care of my move and storage - what a fantastic service, great value and the best of all you get that human touch of support. The movers were nothing but delightful. They're are polite, work efficiently and are good with helping in the moving process in general. Turns out I booked two storage units instead of one, so they informed me about it and said that they will get me a refund. That's such a nice and easy system I didn't even have to do anything for the refund! They are very true to their name, it's easy to store your things with EasyStorage. Thank you so much Steven! I didn't get the other mover's name but I wanted to express my gratitude to him too. Great guys. I will probably be using easy storage next year as well. The only downside is that I didn't discover them earlier.

I used the storage unit in Buntingford. We were moving house and ordered a load of furniture and delivery dates changed a few times. I was able to talk to the guys directly at the warehouse which made things a lot easier. They were a great help.
I was given a time slot for when I could go to drop my belongings off, I think it was around a 2hr time slot. I called the customer service team to say we have a delivery between such & such time so I can’t guarantee it will arrive between the time slot customer services gave me. Obviously they were being very black & white about it saying if it doesn’t turn up then I can’t access the unit. This was when I asked to be transferred to the warehouse manager and was able to get everything sorted.
The customer services team are relatively helpful, but anything outside of talking about payments or booking a unit, you’re miles better off talking directly to the unit manager.
All in all, this probably would’ve been a 3 start review, however the team over in the Buntingford unit; Steven, Rhys & Richard couldn’t have done enough for us and it was them that made it 5*.
