Good service, however payment management needs improvement. The company increased price in September and has applied it for customers already paid for service in August according old price. Addotional fee has been added to every month payment and initial invoice. It took my time to call to office and explaine that it shouldnt be like that and increased price cannot affect payments which have been done earlier. Mistake was corrected.

Was recommended this company by my mum as she’s recently used them, and her referral meant I got a discount too which was an added bonus. Sonia was brilliant to deal with, she was so personable and sorted everything for me, even at extremely short notice. Was paying 3.5x the amount per month with another company before going with easystorage, who came the following day and picked up the items up from my old storage company. Very easy to deal and kept up to date with timescales from the friendly on the ground staff. Would recommend to all, great company

Sonia could not have been more helpful she made the whole process so easy. The movers arrived 5 minutes before the allotted time where polite, professional and got my items packed in 40 minutes! The price and service is excellent value for money I have recommended them to my daughter and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else - simply brilliant at a really stressful time. Fast, easy, safe. The two delivery men were speedy and helpful. They did all the heavy lifting and were done within 15 minutes ( I had pre packed and didn’t have that much) : the pods were a really good size, only wish I had more stuff to store! I can only speak from the collection side of things but I would highly recommend. Hoping the re-delivery of my belongings is as smooth an experience. Thank you!

Sonia Arjan the sales advisor was very informative and efficient she made the whole process of booking easy! On the day of the removal John McLoughlin and his team did an excellent job they dismantled beds etc provided boxes and packed everything neatly in the storage pods.

This was our first attempt at storing flat items, so we were not sure what to expect -- turns out, easyStorage was great: Kevin and James (West Midlands) did a fantastic job, made sure to communicate with us a day in advance and let us know what to expect. The whole process took less than half an hour on the day of the move. They were courteous, fast, and efficient. The whole process was so easy to organise.. The removal chaps were so helpful, polite and efficient. It transpired that we had underestimated how much storage we would need and so James said that he would take care of it and arrange for more and another visit which duly went ahead as he promised. The customer service lady at the headquarters was also really helpful and polite. All in all, I couldn't have received better service.
