Very efficient and punctual. I stored my stuff with them for one month and got my preferred pick up and drop off times. All my possessions are in good condition, including a mirror and glass bottles. I'm happy with their service and I'd store with them again.

From first dealing with this Company very helpful and no problems, unfortunately on day of moving in van broke down & instead of 11-1pm ended up 6pm.

I was very pleased with the service easyStorage provided me. The crew was very polite, helpful and did an excellent job. All the crew members: Mehmet, Sam, Traver, Troy & Roman worked really hard on the day. They were very efficient too. I would like to have the same crew members back when I move to my permanent place.

Very easy to talk to and organise a time and date over the phone. The team who turned up to the house were more than helpful and wouldn't let us lift a finger. They took great care not to damage anything and made sure it was secure in the pod.

My collection was scheduled between 11:00 and 13:00, but the drivers arrived more than an hour early without any notice and I had to rush and finish packing. Despite that, the guys who were collecting my stuff were very friendly, helpful and professional! The service offered was great and I would definitely recommend the company to friends and family.

Really helpful all the way through the process, the guys who collected and loaded were quick and thorough and explained everything.
There was a bit of an admin mix up at the beginning but this was sorted almost immediately and they called quite late the day before to move collection a couple of hours earlier the following morning which was a bit of a pain as we had left a few last minute jobs to do that morning and had to stay up late to make sure we were ready.

Jeremy, Trevor and Natan came this weekend to collect my things and put into storage - they were extremely professional, friendly, and good at playing Tetris to get all my things in the pods! They managed to get everything secured into one less pod than I needed so I got a refund on the unused one which was very much appreciated. They were careful with all the fragile bits and pieces, and speedy enough to get everything done within one hour so I didn't get charged extra. I really recommend them, they were fantastic and I'm so grateful!

I have been trying to find a cheaper storage solution for some time. I booked easy storage, it was so easy over the phone and it was set up in just a few minutes. A mover was booked. On the day Trevor and Austin turned up at Yellow Storage, they were polite and helpful, they moved the stored items from Yellow Storage onto the prebuilt container in less than an hour. They were professional, efficient and courteous throughout being careful with a Fragile object. I also think dealing with customer service has been a breath of fresh air, equally professional and courteous.

Cannot fault the easyStorage service at all. Will 100% use again and recommend to friends & family. Not having to unload and reload our things once you get to the storage facility is a huge time and stress saver. This is the way forward!
