My experience with easy storage so far has been faultless. Fully informed all the way. A courtesy call an hour before arrival to collect my items and two very professional employees who did their upmost to ensure my wishes were met. I cannot fault this company so far.

For Ziggy, who we spoke to on the phone, I would give 5 stars. Our situation was a bit complicated but for Ziggy everything was `no problem'. From a customer relations point of view he was excellent.
The pick-up men were fine and practical on the phone. But when they reached the pick-up place (not my place) they said they couldn't get down the driveway. My friend knew perfectly well that they could because she's had lorries and skep trucks up and down that drive for weeks. Of course they have to exercise caution but they did it. So really the pick-up men were unaware of their own abilities.
At the end of the day, everything went well. Thankyou.

Just had a collection taken from Mehmet, Travers and Dalvin. Cannot praise them enough, every thing was taken with care and a friendly attitude.
They worked hard to ensure I only needed 2 units instead of 3.

Highly recommend this service! From loading to unloading my belongings, the loaders, Alec & Jake, were prompt, efficient and incredibly friendly, and took great care with some precious furniture I have. I can't thank them enough for making a rather stressful situation, so much easier. I received calls from the friendly team to confirm arrivals, the day before. Good value for money and far less hassle than hiring/loading your own van and a normal storage unit. Would definitely use this service again.

I couldn't recommend Alex and the team at Easy Storage enough! From the moment I made contact with them they were professional, helpful and hugely convenient. They worked with me to find a suitable date, arrived just a little earlier than scheduled and then worked tirelessly to finish in as quick a time as possible. Pricing is simple and transparent and with no hidden charges and significantly cheaper than most other commercial removal and storage solutions. Our return delivery was even slicker and the crew are so helpful and friendly, it made them an absolute delight to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again myself.

Two properties were to be put in to storage and it was all handled so well, extra thanks to Jeremy and Traver, who had I think the more difficult removal on 2nd property ...2 flights of stairs and sofas that could not go through the doors.It was worked out without complaint, so thanks to everyone involved, and hope to see the same guys on delivery soon.

Really great experience- good communication before they arrived, arrived on time, protected the doors with padded blankets, really personable guys- very professional. They are jenga masters- optimised the space in the pods by packing them really well- ordered 4 pods, fit the goods into 2 and got a refund on the ones not used. Highly recommended- great experience start to finish.

Booking the storage was so simple and easy and I found the space calculator really helpful. I received a call from Richard the day before and 30 minutes before to confirm the arrival times. The guys were friendly and worked so quickly and efficiently that I had time and space to spare. The collection confirmation email arrived promptly and my account was updated with the pod and seal numbers. I don't doubt that the return/drop off experience will be just as easy. Thanks!
