Great at problem solving. I had to have my new kitchen units delivered to storage because delays in building work at my house meant they couldn’t br delivered there. I couldn’t get to the depot to receive them. Staff at easyStorage couldn’t have been more helpful. Brilliant. Thank you Aarti but others were superb too.

The pick up I needed done was quite urgent. The agent I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, explaining the system and costs. On the day the two men who came were so polite, friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better service and highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend easyStorage enough. The service was really speedy, efficient and well priced. They took great care when loading my possessions into the van, and protected everything in dust sheets so I know everything will be safe whilst it is in storage. They bring the unit with them on the van so the loading process is really straightforward. I would definitely use them again next time I need to store anything. We were also thrilled because we were the first customers serviced by a new van, it will be named after us!

The van arrived promptly and the movers moved everything safely and within the hour they we’re booked for despite heavy rain and having to move everything down 2 flights of stairs.

I was worried as I had never used storage before and I don’t drive so finding a service like this was great. When I called up I had a lovely, welcoming chat and there was one dedicated team member who dealt with me throughout. When I emailed and then called to clarify an update, my email had been forwarded to the right person immediately.
And when the guys came to collect my things, they were really helpful letting me know when they would be coming and they were very respectful and careful every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend easystorage based on my experience.

Really impressed with the service specialist loading stuff. We have booked for 3pods but they nicely arranged and fit it in 2 pods. Staff were very kindly. They finished everything in 1 hour. I hope the return will be smooth as collection. Highly recommended
