Seb and Jamie were really great and careful with everything. More than anything they were friendly and took their time with loading up the pod and explaining the process with me. The whole process was pretty low stress and I would definitely recommend, particularly if Seb and Jamie are involved.

Very pleased with the whole service supplied by easy store. I booked with Sonia who was knowledgeable and approachable in her manner and very helpful. My items were loaded by Jeremy and Shaq, they were friendly, hard working and knew how to pack my items carefully. I recommend this company.

My advisor Aalto was really helpful and I would definitely recommend using easystorage’s facility to collect, store and return your goods as part of the deal. It made our planning much easier than hiring a van or removers to help move everything into storage at really short notice.

I was totally freaking out with everything involved moving my household until I found easystorage! From the very first moment I was dealing with Aarti, who has always responded to my emails very promptly, nothing was too much trouble and made for me the whole process easy. On the day of moving Gavin and Oliver were absolutely fantastic. They have moved all my belongings on time, they were very friendly, organised and efficient.
I can’t emphasise enough how happy I am that I have chosen easystorage, firstly it is a company who clearly employs the right people and secondly the price is unbeatable.

My experience with easy storage was unbelievably good. I was able to book a pickup and storage the day before. The agent I spoke to was very nice and professional and gave me good advice on how much storage space I needed. They were at my home the next morning and packed all my things quickly and carefully. I am so happy I found them. The prices are also very reasonable.
Lee lead the team that came to pick up my things and he was very professional and efficient. He also checked with me several times to ensure he got everything. It was a great experience with Easy storage!

From enquiry to loading the lorry was amazing - incredibly professional and helpful. we had booked to many pods but cancelled one on the day no problem. Refund was issued in 2 days - just outstanding service.

Everything so far has been brilliant. Aarti was super helpful with booking everything in. Lee and Mishka were ace today. Really friendly, professional, nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely cared that my things were safe and taken care of. Thank you so much! :) the only feedback I’d have is the hourly charge. I’d gone 17mins into it so i have been charged the full hour. Which seems a little unfair. It might be better to charge for half hours. Apart from that all good.

The guys loaded all my house contents today and I must say it was a brilliant service. They were very helpful, polite and organised. I would most definitely use them again should the need arise. It really is ‘easy storage’ at a competitive price.
