Helpful over the phone, nice guys, the people who came to pick my stuff up handled my stuff well, polite and good people. I would definitely recommend. It's good they have a pickup option to take your items to the storage.

I used Easystorage in April 2021. I have to say that I had a very pleasant experience, whether it was the team that dealt with my initial enquiry, or unit loading team as well as storage manager, when I came to add few more boxes to my storage unit. Mehmet and Traver did a great job delivering my very full pod in only 19minutes. They even put it all upstairs for me and did an amazing job. Very friendly, great chat and overall perfect service.
For easystorage overall, I really recommend them. They collected from my old house and stored everything safely whilst I was waiting for completion on a new property. It’s been very flexible and I’ve managed to organise drop-off and pick-up whenever I wanted with no need to move things myself.

Friendly, speedy and hassle free for both receiving and delivering of furniture. It took them 20 mins to load the van and 30 to unload 2 bedroom house worth of furniture. Very impressed and would use them again. Thank you Mehmet, Sam and Dalvin for great service. You’re a credit to the company.
We were offered delivery on Easter Monday and whilst confirming it was a bank holiday, they said no issues. Few days later they called to apologise that it wouldn’t work anymore. This wasn’t an issue for us but as an apology they offered to refunded us for the redelivery which was nice.
Only feedback for the company as a whole is to review their health and safety policy. Your team are great but if you provide your staff better equipment to load and unload the van it would benefit them and their backs no doubt. Seeing them have to lift furniture 3-4 foot into a van with no equipment or lift was worrisome. I’m surprised their backs could handle this.
