Your staff were thoughtful and charming, but unnecessary stress was caused because a pick up of the remaining items could not be collected in time for our departure. Anyway, all sorted to our satisfaction, but I would recommend that your have a clients requirements assessed beforehand, to avoid what we experienced. Most people will have no idea how much a pod would hold!

Such a great find when I was quoted extortionate prices from other companies.
The two guys managed to save me money as well by fitting my things into one pod rather than the two I had expected to need - nothing was too much trouble for them.
Would recommend to anyone needing removal and storage!

The guys came to pick up my furniture for storage they were on time, very polite friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered. Hopefully it will be as smooth a process when it is returned! So far would definitely recommend.

Staff was friendly. There was no problems other than I forgot to mention I had puzzles completed and not completed within my jigsaw folder,mat thing so a few pieces came out other than that was ok .

Best storage company, I've called so many storage companies, this one is hassle free, they do everything for you, load your stuff, put it in storage and then store it for you on your desired period of time, and then bring them back to you and put it in your house.

Really great service. On the day of pickup, Kevin and team were excellent - friendly, professional and quick. I had packed and moved everything to the room closest to the entrance before they arrived, and so everything was loaded into the van within 30 minutes. Super impressive.
Also impressed with customer service - I had initially booked 3 pods, because I thought 2 would be too tight for everything I wanted to store. But again, the team was able to squeeze everything in approximately 2 pods!
It was my mistake for booking 3 in the first place, but I was hoping I wouldn't have to pay for that 3rd, empty one. The pickup team told me to ask customer service to charge me for 2 instead of 3, which I did. I was refunded the cost of the 3rd pod right away, and it seems like I'll only have to pay for 2 pods as my monthly charge as well, which is great.
Honestly I'm very impressed with the service so far, we'll see how the delivery goes in a couple of months, but if it's anything like the service I've received so far, I'm sure I'll be delighted.

I had to move from my flat in London while I was in Italy. The company came to my house (the landlord opened) and packed all my stuff without any instruction by me.
Very professional and precise.
I was quite scared about the laptop that was in my room as well. However I received all my stuff back, my laptop was there (MacBook) and I even found some banknotes (25£) that were in my drower.

A friend recommended easyStorage, and I'm really glad I chose them. This is a big move for me, and I was very tired and anxious today when the loaders came, but they gave me such a lift with their positive attitudes and willingness to tackle anything. They were just brilliant, did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with. I would thoroughly recommend them!
