I can only agree with the consensus here. From start to finish, dealing with EastyStorage was pretty straightforward, pleasant and efficient. I wished I'd found earlier the helpful calculator on the website for seeing how much fits in a pod -- it's really useful. I miscalculated my cardboard box needs and the team relivered twice over with no extra charge to switch these over. The guys who packed the pod, Natti and Pathy, worked hard and super-efficiently to pack everything into a single pod. Everyone I dealt with was clear, good-humoured and helpful. The woman in accounts was super quick in calculating, confirming and paying the refund I was due. If only all service were as good. Obviously the one big outstanding issue is whether any of my stuff suffers in storage, but as for the front end, I cannot fault this service. Well done for doing exactly what it says on the tin.

Firstly I’ll say that EasyStorage are asking people to give them good reviews (both the collection crew and delivery crew asked for a review, and I was also sent a text message asking the same) so bear this in mind when reading any EasyStorage reviews.
That said, I was generally pleased with the service and value I got for my 5 months using them to store my stuff - I don’t think they really have any competition for the type of product they are offering (i.e. collecting your items for storage, and at budget rates.) The pricing was fairly clear to me, and I wasn’t hit by any “hidden” fees. Note that I wasn’t storing anything fragile or particularly valuable.
Practicalities - their collection and delivery teams arrived within the relevant time slots and called me 30-45 mins in advance to warn of their expected arrival time, and it was generally an easy process (thanks to Nati, Trevor, and I think someone else whose name I didn’t get.) Once in storage you can book access to your pod via their website, which is fairly simple (bear in mind access is only Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm.) My pod was stored at their location near Hanger Lane. It was sometimes tricky to get through the security gate, as the buzzer doesn’t seem to be attended, so a few times I had to phone through to get admitted into the facility. The facility staff were all friendly and helpful. There is also the back end of an old EasyJet 737 in the car park, which is quite cool. Customer support staff were generally responsive when I emailed them queries.
