My home needs to go into storage for a couple of months and after duly checking various companies and costs involved easyStorage was perfect for my needs. Their prices are so very much cheaper than your typical removal/storage companies.
Rahim on the Bookings team was very helpful and was very patient with me and answered all my questions (I’m an OAP!). After completing most of the packing and only a few days to go for the collection, I realised I most probably needed 3 pods and I had only ordered 2. Called the Bookings team and it was no problem to add an extra pod.
Communication via e-mail was brilliant and phone calls from the Collection Team were great.
I was super stressed on the collection morning but after they arrived my worries were gone. The team had a look at all the items to go and said “OK just leave it to us”. Within an hour 3 pods were loaded and off to storage.
The team were friendly and explained how the whole security system worked from when the pods were locked and security tagged (in front of me) and what would happened when it got to storage. Honestly such an easy experience, and totally worth the money.
I can’t recommend this service more. No hassle, no stress, easy to book and incredibly helpful, efficient people to deal with. I feel very confident that I will not be stressed when my “home” is delivered back to me.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thankyou easyStorage.

Very nice moving experience. I was very impressed when I saw the storage boxes. The 1 pod is large enough that everything is as it was before and the items are well protected. As with the collection, the two returning staff members were nice, efficient and helpful

I had a lot of issue with the admin staff, so the rate I’ve given is for the redelivery team, they were absolutely amazing, even with no lift access they did a great job and worked really well as a team. In the time they arrived and left everything was in my flat in under 30mins, which is great for someone who works from home and have meeting scheduled. But overall service from the drop off team was superb.

Trevor, David and Samson were communicative, friendly and patient. They were thorough in explaining the system for locating my pod and answered all my questions about storage. They even helped me to box an extra item.

Tom was there to assist us after we arrived very late on the 9th September 18h00 .He found a depot who would take our goods even when other depots were closed and help loaded until 21h30. He went out of his way to make things work and never complained at all. What a wonderful experience when ALL else seemed like doom and gloom.
