The team which came to load the storage container, Darren and Blair, were friendly, helpful and efficient.
They loaded a large number of boxes, and a number of heavier/large items, all of which involved carrying them down a flight of stairs on an extremely hot day.
As they were available early, they communicated the option to start loading the container early, and ultimately completed the task on time with a great deal of professionalism.

Due to postponed exchange dates for my first home, my flat lease was ending and I was about to be without a home for a few weeks, so I needed to quickly empty my flat and put things into storage temporarily. EasyStorage was perfect for my needs. I was super stressed this morning but after they arrived my worries were gone.
John and his partner (didn’t catch his name) arrived on time with a smile on their face and quickly got to work. I can’t believe how fast and efficient they were. They filled my pod within 30 minutes of arrival despite me being on the 6th floor of an obscure apartment down a small city lane, and having obscure sized boxes.
The team were friendly and super helpful with my questions.
Honestly such an easy experience, and totally worth the money.
Of course I have not gone through the experience of receiving the stuff back after, so that isn’t taken into account in this review.
For anyone wondering, I was worried about the pod not being big enough, but the smallest pod is huge, and was only half filled after adding about 10 large boxes, 7 medium boxes, 3 small boxes, a coffee table, side tables, and a desk. I even had room for all the stuff I was going to take with me to the Airbnb so was frantically packing all of that too to throw on top!
All in all, I couldn’t recommend this service more. No hassle, no stress, easy to book online and I didn’t even have to call anyone.

Okay 2nd review, for drop-off and Sergio and Marco (Reading Team) yet again have done such an amazing job!! On time, respectful and after 4 flight of stairs with no elevator they did the job. Not a bad word to say, will be using them again!!

Making the booking was easy and great communication, even a photo of our stuff in storage. When receiving the confirmation to return it had the wrong address but no customer services was open. On the day the driver did phone before and we were able to correct, apart from that will definitely recommend

I’ve got lots of stuff. Most of them are really heavy. There was no parking for the van in front of the building, so the staff had to park it in the closest parking. They managed to get my stuff to the van though. Richard and Stuart were really helpful and smart in arranging my stuff to save more space. They are both very kind and friendly too. Even the work was exhausting for them, the kept smiling all the time.

I had booked easyStorage as I was relocating myself on emergency basis. EasyStorage really made it really easy with booking to collection of my things. I am very grateful to Mr John and Mr mark who visited my place and helped me moving my things. they did really a good job from collection to organizing the things very safely in the van. And explained the post services as well.

Needed to park the contents of a hired transit van for a few weeks in the Hertford area. Contacted a couple on gumtree but too many doubts about quality and conditions. Team at easystorage found the ideal location that could handle it at very short notice. Wasn’t sure if I needed one or two pods. Booked 2 but only needed 1 and got refunded for the one I did not use. Guys at Waltham cross were very helpful. An all round good experience. Highly recommended.

Darren and his colleague made sure I was happy with the way my things were stored & accommodated my requests. They knocked off a neighbour’s gutter by accident when trying a difficult reverse, but made sure it was put back. Very helpful, patient and friendly. I will update this review when my possessions are in my new flat.
Update after return: For an easy pick up, store and return service I would recommend. However my piano stool leather cushion now has small spots over it (mould?)that do not come off and my bedside cabinet has a ginormous tear in the top surface. My bin has many big dents all over its steel surface. Plus there are small scratches to the paint on my iron bed frame.
If you can box everything up then use this service. Don’t use it for precious furniture as it will get damaged even if they use blankets! Different crew returned the goods, whether that matters.
