I had to make a change to my arrangements to collect my goods from storage and the lady I dealt with on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful. I arrived at the depot ahead of schedule, my pod was made available immediately and I was able to load up and get on my way quickly. Great service through the whole process!

Had an amazing, smooth, easy experience! Blair, Hammad and Jerry were our team and they were awesome. They arrived at the expected time, loaded everything up safely and quickly, and were very friendly. The pod was also much bigger than expected, and we had plenty of room to spare. Definitely recommend and will be using again!

Gary and his lovely 2 young Chaps were very respectful and friendly. They worked well as a team and were very helpful to me and each other. They worked both efficiently and professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends, and feel very relaxed in trusting my items in their hands.

From beginning to pod leaving me it was all perfect!!! Sonia at the office was lovely and suoer helpful. The guys who did the collection, Ed and his colleagye were incredible, kind, friebdly and careful. I could not be happier!!!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Darren, George and Tyrell and would recommend them wholeheartedly. The whole process was extremely smooth and the guys clearly love what they do and somehow can make it a fun experience! Three flights of stairs and no lift wasn’t an issue for them, and great communication before and during the move too. Thank you!

Just an amazing service from Steven and his colleague. The guys were so helpful, communicative and very organised. They were sending regular reminder emails and a phone call before the moving date to confirm the timeslot very precisely. They collected all our stuff in their containers that less than thirty minutes. It's by far the most convenient and efficient service I have ever experienced.
