Very good service! The load in and load out guys were great! Richard and Ashley were cheerfully and very helpful. They gave me good notice of arrival and were extra carefully with some tricky items
All my goods were undamaged and carefully placed. Only four stars because I was not fully informed that I had to pay for the return. I was under the impression that It was an all inclusive price when I signed up. Maybe it should be double underlined.

Everything was swift. Courtesy call to ask my rough eta. The guys helped me load my stuff on the pallet. It barely took any time at all. I have used storage places before and it takes ages to fill out paper work and then finally get your storage which they don't help to load.

I found EasyStorage randomly online and it proved to be a real star! On 8 July, we moved from Scotland to Oxfordshire. The team did their best to accommodate our uncertain needs in terms of time and location. Alex was so kind to wait for us when we were several hours late. He kindly helped me look for B&Bs accepting pets while we were on the way. He then kindly helped me with transport nearby and buying food for the drivers. When our stuff were not up to the paid 3 pods, they refunded me and charged only for 2 pods. Our stuff were safely with the pods for a month and then the team efficiently arranged the return on 11 August. The two staff Karl and Dan were brilliant in moving things to the house. Rebecca from the head office did a fantastic job in handling our changes and arranging related refunding. Their whole service served as a great comfort and proof that honesty and integrity do still exist in the fast changing world. Definitely recommend them highly! Beautiful van and nice pods. Above all, super service and kind people.

Very happy with Richard and Ashley’s service - they had a tiring day by the sounds of it but more than happy to help with everything. Very quick and efficient but still took time to ensure everything was protected and wrapped up in the pod. Will use EasyStorage again:)

Brilliant collection team in Natti and Craig. Collection was quick and on time. The prices are reasonable and the 35ft is much bigger than I expected. Haven’t experienced delivery yet.

The two guys who took all my belongings into storage were beyond amazing yet I can't even remember their names and for that, I sincerely apologise. I remember one was Tim and for some reason I think the other may have been Ira but I could be completely wrong.
They arrived and started work straight away. I had them going all over the place to collect boxes and cases and a wardrobe and they did everything in a friendly, professional manner and an ever present smile. They made sure everything I wanted taken was loaded carefully into the van and I was delighted with the job they did. Highly recommended.

Evrerything went extremely smoothly! I booked Easystorage online where I could easily deduce how much space I need to book. On the day of the delivery Trevor and Jovanie were professional with my personal belongings and handled everything with extra care.

I had to move out asap and although there weren’t any pickup slots available for the next 6 days, the team managed to get me a next day pickup. Dan and Lawrence were so efficient and careful with my items. They took extra precautions with fragile boxes. Everything was done quickly and without any issues.

Can’t thank Davie, Eric and Pete enough for their great service returning my pods from storage today. Fast, friendly and efficient service getting them unpacked and furniture in place. Groundsheets we’re used to protect flooring as it was a rainy day and all items handled and moved with care. Top job. Thanks so much from me and my girls. Wish you all well. Highly recommend :-)

Dan and Lawrence helped load my things and confirmed by video before leaving the house to make sure nothing was left behind. This was truly the best service I have received as part of any of my home moves, and I will absolutely be using easy storage again in the future.

Dan and Lawrence packed up all my flat into two pods (on one of the hottest days of the year!), and were both brilliant. Both very friendly and helpful, they really went above and beyond to make sure everything fit perfectly and was secure and safe. They are a credit to the company. Fingers crossed for an equally smooth transaction once my new flat sale goes through!
