Tom and Josh were so friendly and so helpful. They shifted my three years of hoardings up and down four flights of stairs on a humid day and barely broke a sweat, not once complaining! I am confident that my belongings are in very safe hands and would definitely recommend easyStorage to anyone.

Ed Pockney is a life saver. Really nice guy who guided me all the way through the process. Very efficient via WhatsApp and bc I’ll go above and beyond for you if you need it. Dan was a G! He was there with Ed during the first move really quick, efficient, friendly and nice to have a general chat with. I met Lawrence the first time on the second trip around he was cool too I really liked the swift work and quick turnaround they got me for everything. Thank you guys for being the highlight of a really bad moving experience - I felt like they lifted my mood after a difficult moving process so thank you guys. Will be using again in future!

I’m extremely pleased with the service! I booked with another storage company and they bailed on me and wasted my time and money so I was worried how it’d go with EasyStorage. However, it all went super smooth without any hassle, they have been very professional and helpful when they contacted me regarding the pickup. HIGHLY RECOMMEND EASYSTORAGE!!

Overall a very good service. I received a quote for my storage pods etc and was told that someone would ring me to follow up the emailed quote. Unfortunately they didn't so I then called easyStorage and they then sorted out my booking.

Quick, simple and stress free! Ira and Jack were super considerate and really went above and beyond to make sure I had an easy transition bringing my furniture back. Both so friendly and helpful, I’m a single woman living on my own and they made me feel very looked after. They even made sure I had all the heavy items exactly where I wanted (so I didn’t have to struggle to move them myself) and all the awkward bits of furniture they helped me get into place to ensure that I had one less thing to think about during the stress of a move. Can’t recommend enough, thank you both and easy storage for a simple process!

Just one piece of advice- closely supervise all your things being loaded to the pod. I regretted not having done so. When I realized, fragile boxes have been loaded under a heavy wardrobe- which could've been put on the side of the pod and not on the top of everything. In the end, I just had my things shoved into the pod. Both carriers kept saying about not being able to fit my things inside, because of H&S and pod weight capacity. Thankfully the driver had another approach and said it was ok to put everything inside. How can they even know we reached 650 Kg? Almost impossible!
Overall, amazing customer service, very helpful sales assistant, great set up for the pods, hassle-free moving. I only hope my things won't be damaged as breakage is not covered by the warranty during loading/unloading/transfer- another thing to keep an eye for!!

I am very pleased with the service. The gentlemen who came to pick up my stuff were very friendly and helpful. The pod is in the truck which comes to pick up and therefore the pick up makes a lot of sense. I would recommend easy storage.
