If last year was the summer of sport, this year should be known as the summer of music! There's an amazing line up of concerts by top artists including Robbie Williams, Rihanna and Bruce Springsteen and a cracking Glastonbury and Download Festival, as well as great local gigs and music including our very own Ripley Music Festival, which kicked off last week.
With all this music surrounding us, you might be inpired to start your own band... but is it as easy as it sounds?
Wondering what to do with the kids over the summer holidays? Why not consider something different this year, and give them a summer of fun at one of the great summer schools that will be running across our local area during July and August?
