Just back after a 3 night break at the hotel following the creation of the air bridge between our islands.
Lovely room, great pool and jacuzzi. Beautiful grounds. The staff were all fabulous- so friendly and always smiling and helpful. Great location- bus stop to town only a couple of minutes walk.
Enjoyed drinks on the terrace on a couple of evenings. Breakfast was lovely- lots of choice and all fresh. We.re looking forward to planning a return trip.

My Daughter's and I have just got home to Alderney after our one night stay ... Excellent spa facilities (Ellie gives a fantastic massage - highly recommend) .
The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Our rooms overlooked the tennis court and both had a balcony my only issue which wasn't the SPP fault was a smoker further down which then wafted into my room .
Large car park with plenty of space for us to park our hire car and while We were unloading the overnight bags a staff member was in the car park and he took our bags into reception - from looking at the website possibly the manager ?!! Very impressed by this kind and unexpected gesture.
We ate out in town : cocktail at Balthazar then onto Dr Nello's - delicious as always !
Enjoyed a swim and a bit tub before breakfast which was very good lots to choose from with very friendly staff.
The hotel info was missing from our rooms which was a shame as we weren't sure what time the pool opened it breakfast time was but I guess a hygiene issue during this current situation
Lots of tea, coffee and delicious shortbread in the room and free bottled water in the mini fridge . I had Wi-Fi issues and couldn't connect my kindle fire which was annoying but not a huge issue.
Would definitely stay again and for longer ! Thank you SPP.

It was a mixed bag. The room I got was basically open to anyone looking in, but I got it moved. However, the new room had inferior tech. When there's really not much to do on site (the gym is rather inferior) and things close early, it can be a bit boring. Good beds, mostly friendly staff, and a nice view, though.

We bought the Quids In offer last year as a treat for the New Year. It was so good we did it again and enjoyed a superb relaxing overnight stay in one of the larger balcony rooms over looking the beautiful lake.
Our room 332 was light and airy, spacious and comfortable. It was well stocked with complementary still and sparkling water in the fridge Tea, coffee, biscuits and a nespresso machine were a welcome arrival. The quality bathroom toiletries, robes etc were put to good use.
After an early afternoon swim in the large pool & Spa area we enjoyed a predinner G&T in the Terrace bar.
Dinner was served in the Pavilion restaurant where we opted for the set menu comprising of fresh baked warm rolls & butter, starters of Moules a la creme and home made creamy chicken pate served on a brioche bun. The generous mains we chose were excellent, roasted cod and new potatoes, braised blade of beef served with creamy mash. For desert we shared a cheese platter, with biscuits, chutney, grapes and celery.
After a good nights sleep in a very comfortable bed, we enjoyed an early morning cuppa on the balcony followed by a swim in the empty pool.
Breakfast in the Vistor Hugo restaurant was included and we chose from the extensive cooked menu and continental selection.
We checked out just 20 hours later but it felt much longer.
Excellent staff, great service, attention to detail and so welcoming

Stayed overnight twice in the space of a week. I had the same room on both occasions - a newly renovated "deluxe double" with a really good walk-in shower, comfortable bed, first rate air conditioning and plenty of space. The staff were great, and the food and service in both bar and restaurant were first class. I had a good massage in the spa on my second visit, too. The reason for marking down a star is because bedding and bathroom preferences from my first stay were not remembered - only four days later!

I have recently stayed at this hotel a couple of times due to work. The hotel is impressive in terms of layout, room standard and the gym is brilliant. What I am most impressed with is the service in this hotel, nothing is a problem, everyone is so helpful and friendly, always with a smile on their face.

As somebody who stays in hotels alot for work or personal use, this is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at for service, well done very impressive !

Gorgeous hotel.
I am a member at this hotel spa and decided to treat myself and partner to a staycation.
We had a free upgrade. Room spacious and wonderful view. The housekeeping , front of house and room service five star in every way.
It felt cosy and very quiet.
We walked to 19 for a game of crazy golf and a beer on the first day which is mins away.
You will not regret stayg here.
I can recommend breakfast in your room. It an extra three pounds for the treat.

This is a nice hotel to stay in, as long as your not a foody. Why? Because the breakfast chef can't cook. There is a vast array of cold breakfast items (fruit, cheese, meat, breads and cakes etc.) which are very good. Just don't ask for anything from the cooked menu, you'll be disappointed. Every morning of my stay I ordered a different item from the cooked menu and every time it was inedible.

The perfect place to stay for our first Christmas away. The service was great, they couldn’t do enough for us. The food was lovely and a massive selection. Lots of little, lovely surprises. The Spa was ideal, outside jacuzzi and windowed sauna. It was bliss and just what you need after a long year if you want to be pampered and not leave the hotel for days. The clientele are older and particular, which the staff handled really well. All the staff were joyful and Mathilde made us laugh a lot. Merry Christmas to you all.

Large bedrooms, friendly staff, referbished spa, picturesque grounds and great food. A clean hotel with enough car parking for all, situated in an ideal location on the edge of St. Peters Port. I could live in this hotel, and thoroughly recommend a stay.

This hotel is amazing. Its location is central, its staff are polite caring and calm, the place is clean and smells lovely. The rooms are well presented and have little touches that show they have thought of their guests. Something I have not come across before is filter coffee bags as well as coffee sachets, the extra touch was the nespresso machine and capsules.
Our room had a veranda which overlooked the fountain and pond. With outside table and chairs. The view was lovely looking up towards the golf course through the trees. The bed was comfortable with beautiful linen, and huge.
The spa was warm clean and quiet and whilst I never used it there was an outside hot tub. The venue did allow children to swim but at set times, so there was adult only times.
The restaurant, bar and room service was exceptional, and the prices ensured you wanted to stay and enjoy. The breakfast was everything from cereal, fruits yoghurts croissants and muffins to the traditional full English. I believe kippers were also on the menu, well worth a lazy morning event to ensure to sampled everything.... well until you are full.
Will definitely return to this little gem
