From the moment we rang to book, customer service from Gisa was superb, advising us on rooms and booking our ferry. The tree house rooms were stunning. We were looked after as if we were royalty. Fab food. Such attention to detail. Special mention to the following staff who went out of their way and anticipated our every need making our stay a dream - Georgia, Kevin, Ema, Bruno, Borislav and courtesy car drivers Ricky and Paulo. We will be back!

Wonderful 6 day break. Ample sized room with balcony that because of the location in steep sided valley gives a feel of being at tree top height. Great breakfast, 3 bars and restaurants on site - all good and free use of the indoor swimming pool and sauna. Abundance of helpful staff always available.

Very good hotel with excellent facilities including indoor pool, afternoon tea room and choice of 2 dining options. In particular, the staff were without exception first class, attentive and helpful. i very rarely write reviews; however on this occasion I am doing so as I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Could not fault our winter warmer stay, we had a lovely room looking down the valley with Jersey in the distance. The staff in the hotel were very pleasant and efficient, we ate in Buho which was super and will do a separate report. Thanks team for a very nice overnight stay.

What a place this is we will definitely be coming back, the hotel has some amazing views and the food is God teir scran the rock garden is immense the staff go above and beyond the service is always with a smile and are warm and welcoming I honestly would give more stars if I could thank you fermaine

Staff, food fantastic, keep up the great work! Had a wonderful time and the views simply wow!! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and the rooms were sooooooo clean. My stay here was a true delight and I will nit hesitate to return.

Amazing one night stay at this hotel in a beautiful room with fantastic views. The breakfast was lovely with a wide selection to choose from. The room had everything you could need including ironing board and iron, coffee & tea making facilities, hair dryer, mini fridge and safe. Ema on reception was amazing so helpful and friendly.
