Popular family attraction, World of Country Life, Exmouth, has shown their support for their local Air Ambulance by sponsoring a supply of brand new stands for the charity’s magazine Helipad.
It costs Devon Air Ambulance (DAA) £5.5million each year to keep the two helicopters flying and the charity relies entirely on the funds being raised by the people, communities and businesses of Devon. The support from World of Country Life has been gratefully received.
Tracy Owen, Fundraising Manager for DAA was delighted to present World of Country Life with their own stand. “We are grateful to all our business supporters and always look for ways in which our partnership can be mutually beneficial. Our glossy magazines are free of charge and the generous sponsorship of these smart new stands by World of Country Life allows us to distribute them to a whole new audience whilst publicly thanking and promoting this fabulous family attraction at the same time.”
World of Country Life Marketing Manager, Debbie Butler explained, “When we heard that Devon Air Ambulance were in need of new stands for their magazines we were happy to help. DAA provide such a crucial service to the people of Devon and every issue of Helipad will help spread the word about this wonderful charity.”
