Talking support for stressed NHS teams by Business Mental Wellbeing

After hearing so many calls for help over the weekend, Craig Fearn from Business Mental Wellbeing can't not respond.

Our NHS teams are working through a crisis of severity that we've never seen before & every day Craig is hearing stories of incredible work.

But the fact that we're walking further into the unknown is causing acute personal stress - at a time when stress/workload is already high.

Craig Fearn from Business Mental Wellbeing has a plan now to offer support, so please let him know if you can help. He already reached out to his trusted network over the last couple of days & via Business Mental Wellbeing

Craig is going to provide our stretched and equally stressed NHS teams with some talking support. And because of the responses he had so far, this will be a free of charged service.

He is not asking people to work for free for a week, this will be chunks of donated time to be managed by the individual.

Even just an hour or two will enable us to be where we're needed most. Big thanks to everyone who took Craigs calls & responded so positively.

If you have qualification that allows you to be a welcome ear, please get in touch.

Let Craig know the time you can give & the tech you're comfortable with. This will be a remote service. This isn't a counselling service, it is us as mental wellbeing practitioners allowing people to talk when they need to the most.
