She has also written several books including an autobiography, fitness a pregnancy guide, a learn to swim book. She has different hobbies, among which horse riding, fashion, art, keeping fit and skiing when she has time. However her greatest passion is her three children Elliot, Grace and Finlay. At the moment she lives with her family in Bath, where Grace, 16, is studying at university. She is following the athletic career of her parents, winning the under-17 girls’ heptathlon title at the South West Schools’ Championships in Exeter last year.  Sharron has been brand ambassador for Hydropool for over twelve years and has proven a popular figure at many of the consumer shows, such as her recent appearance at “The Ideal Home Show 2013”, which are exclusively sponsored by Hydropool South West. 

Hydropool is honored to have a great and long relationship with her, in fact she has been invited, as special guest, at the Hydropool South West Event on 13th August. She came at the event together with her daughter Grace and after a refreshing diet coke she took a sit in a colorful beach chair, ready to the interview. 

1)How do you learn about the Hydropool?

I’ve known Hydropool for over 12 years, in fact I was involve in the original concept, so it’s lovely to see it develop and become the supreme product that it is today. The Hydropool products from hot tubs to spas have a very good quality.

2)The Hydropool treatment do help you to keep fit?

Yes! The products are a great school fitness for athletics and for people who want to keep fit.

3)Do you have an Hydropool in your house in Bath?

I have one in my previous house, in the garden, but not now in Bath.

4)In your opinion, The Hydropool South West offer a good relation between cost and quality?

I would answer yes. They offer a very good products with a high quality and they satisfy all the people’s needs.

5)Could you say a short summary about the best characteristics of the hydropool?

Well, I would say: relaxing, pleasant, professional and for all the family. Above all the children love the bubbles and they have a lot of fun.

6)How much have sacrificed to become a Olympic medal winner?

I think that if you want do right  your sport you have to sacrifice a lot of things, from the friend meetings to your diet. If you want to reach your goal you don’t have to think about your sacrifices but you must be resolute.

7)How would you describe yourself?

In only one word? Well I would say “organized”.

8)What is your “guilty pleasure”?

Oh, let me think. I really love Italian Coffee, diet coke and other things. I don’t forbid me any food but I eat and drink everything but with moderation. I try to follow the middle road for having a balanced lifestyle.

9)Where is your favourite holiday destination?

I have been to Italy for many times: I visited Rome, Pompei, Salento, ecc. I love Italy for the fashion, the food, the lovely weather, the warm welcome of the people and so on. Caribbean is my second favourite  holiday destination. I am happy if I stay near the sea, with a hot sun and I can swim, of course!
