Pevensey Bay library is facing closure, but a local group have produced a solid business plan to save the library, and also add other community services. Here are some brief details:
Mission Statement Our aim is to retain the existing ESCC library service in Pevensey, and add community hub services to the site, improving community cohesion, reducing social isolation, addressing disadvantage, promoting volunteering and connecting residents in Pevensey and the surrounding areas. We want to ensure that all residents have access to the information and support they need.
