Non-Religious Pastoral Support for Eastbourne Teams & Employers

Workplaces are built on people, not just job titles. Over the years, I have supported individuals through grief, change, and emotional strain, always aiming to offer a calm, confidential space to talk things through. I am now bringing that same human-first approach into the workplace.

What is Non-Religious Pastoral Support?

This kind of support sits somewhere between counselling and HR. It is not clinical, and it is not tied to formal workplace procedures. Instead, it offers something often missing at work: someone to talk to with no judgement, no pressure, and no agenda.

It gives staff the freedom to speak openly about what is affecting them. Whether personal, professional, or something harder to define, these concerns are real. When people feel heard, they cope better, relate better, and perform better.

Why Employers Are Paying Attention

Unspoken stress does not stay hidden for long. It affects productivity, morale, and team relationships. Non-religious pastoral support can help reduce that burden before it escalates.

I am a trained Grief and Change Counsellor, NHS Volunteer Chaplain, Dialogue Lead, and Mental Health First Aider. My role is not to diagnose or direct, but to support with empathy, clarity, and professional care.

Support That Makes Space for People

From personal challenges to moments of transition or rising pressure, having someone to talk to can make all the difference. This is not therapy, and it is not coaching. It is simply a human conversation with space to breathe.

If you are an Eastbourne employer who wants to support your team in a more meaningful way, I would welcome the opportunity to talk about how this service could help.
