Care for the Carers is running a new Carers Information and Advice Group on the second Tuesday of each month in Willingdon.
Facilitated by a carer support worker, the first half of the meeting gives people an opportunity to chat with other unpaid carers, while the second half hosts a guest speaker.
The new group will take place at The British Queen, The Triangle, Willingdon, 10am to 12pm, and the first session is on Tuesday, September 12.
