Making a Difference: March 2024 Charity Donation Update

This year we are donating £1.00 for every skip hired and every month the proceeds from this scheme will be going to a different charity. Haulaway's chosen charity for March 2024 was Union Corner Pre-school, a friendly pre-school based in North Hailsham.

We met with Sarah, the manager of the pre-school to proudly present her with a cheque for £939.00 which was the total amount raised. Sarah explained that fundraising at the pre-school is very difficult due to their overheads so this money is going to be used to help renovate their garden area and make it a safe space for the children to explore. They are hoping to level out the ground and put secure fencing in place so that their large garden area can be put to good use and offer the children additional outside space when the weather is nice!

We are so happy to be able to help make a difference and would like to thank anyone who has ordered a skip from us so far this year to help St Wilfrid's Hospice, You Raise Me Up and Union Corner Pre- school.
