Giving Wildlife a Helping Hand in Eastbourne

Managed by Faye, with Assistant Manager Rachel and a team of dedicated volunteers, the shop is a warm and friendly space where you can shop knowing your money makes a real difference. Every pound raised helps fund the vital work of the East Sussex Wildlife Rescue & Ambulance Service (WRAS), caring for injured, sick, and orphaned wild animals across the county.

Step inside and you’ll find neatly displayed rails of clothing, shelves of books and DVDs, plus homeware, toys, and gifts. Pre-loved doesn’t mean past its best — it’s your chance to give an item a fresh life while supporting a cause that truly matters.

Popular items include:

  • Quality clothing for all ages

  • Books, DVDs, and board games

  • Homeware and decorative pieces

  • Toys and children’s items

  • WRAS-branded merchandise

All proceeds go directly back into WRAS’s casualty centre, ensuring the team can continue rescuing and rehabilitating wildlife 365 days a year.

Donations of saleable goods are always welcome and can be dropped off directly at the shop. If you’re unsure what can be accepted, give the team a quick call on 01323 643111 before visiting.

Open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm, it’s easy to pop in, say hello, and show your support. Next time you’re in town, stop by East Sussex WRAS Charity Shop — your kindness could help save a life.
