We are delighted to announce that Cooden Tax Consulting will be sponsoring the project with Weald Technology and their partners. Our sponsorship consists of a mixture of discounted Research and Development Tax Relief claims for the companies, general business advice and a financial contribution towards the project.

Phil Edwards, Managing Director of Weald Technology and the driving force behind the project is a STEM ambassador and will be presenting a history of the project so far at Detling Showground as part of the Manufacturing and Engineering Expo run by Kent Invicta Chamber next Wednesday at 3.40pm.

Managing Director of Cooden Tax Consulting, Simon Bulteel, said "It's great to be supporting Phil, Weald Technology and their partners in this world class engineering project to break the speed record for an Electric Motorcycle, it is the perfect example of a project that can benefit from the Government's Research and Development Tax Relief scheme, which is the back bone of their 'Innovation Nation' flagship policy, as a means of supporting and boosting British Business."

Phil Edwards, Manging Director of Weald Technology tweeted “Absolutely delighted to welcome @CoodenConsults to the support team. More details to follow.”

The pair met on the Twitter Chat Hour #SussexHour and have regularly been communicating about Research and Development Tax Relief and are both excited at where the business relationship might take them.
