Outstanding location with a wonderful view of the English Channel. I was lulled to sleep each night by the crashing waves.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing advice and tools (ironing supplies).
The building is older and can be challenging to those with accessibility issues, but there is a small lift for the upper floors. Be advised there are windows, but no fans or air conditioning.

Clean room, lovely sea front view, had to ask for suitcase rack but soon supplied, shelf over sink would have been better, most helpful pleasant staff, meals a few little improvements, warm rolls at the table would have been nice, needed roast potatoes improving a lot and vegetables somewhat bland, just seemed frozen warmed up, good self service breakfast an alternative choice of eggs to fried would have been good, excellent bacon. All in all a most convenient hotel for visiting everything and a pleasant stay.

Great location: close to the seven sisters cliffs, Beachy Head. We had however booked into a ‘sea view’ room which turned out to be a room where you could only see the sea from the window when you were looking out to the left, which I wouldn’t really call sea view room. The room we got smelled pretty badly of the toilet on top of that. Disappointed for the money we paid.

Another great stay at West Rocks . Nice Rooms , Very friendly and very helpful staff . The buffet style breakfast was excellent . Have stayed here twice before and won't hesitate to book again the future .

It's a 2 star hotel that just about punches above its weight...great location, friendly staff, v nice breakfast; that said decor needs updating, room was a bit "meh", bathroom was adequate....

We have just got back from this hotel after having the most excellent 4 days ever. The staff are very very lovely people. Especially Emily the lovely and polite young lady she could not of done more for us thank you Emily. We would most definitely reccomend this hotel. We are just sad that we had to come home. We will definitely be going back. 👍👍😀

Sorry but I found the hotel sadly lacking in cleanliness, no extractor fans in bathrooms, some of which were so small you couldn't swing a kitten in, the staff were lovely but I couldn't recommend it.

Perfectly positioned to enjoy the delights of Eastbourne. Only criticism is that breakfast is seriously dull.

Lovely comfy bed. Great nights sleep and a powerful shower. But a few problems with noise and it was too warm and the shower tray didn't have any depth!! Lovely and friendly staff and a fabulous price! Parking was easy and cheap too.

Lovely staff wonderful weekend. They Also now have a cafe on the beach serving food wine beer and excellent espresso. Couldn't fault the place. Can't wait to visit again.

The staff working on the evening of 27th through to 28th were brilliant, very welcoming, funny and extremely helpful to no end.
The room was tidy and clean, the cleaners missed a bit of the last occupants beard hair in the bathroom but nothing bad. The bathroom was a little on the small side but had the best shower I’ve ever been in.
The rooms are a little dated but who really cares when you pay £50 for your stay and have excellent service!
The booking was very affordable and I would have happily paid more for the room especially with such a great location. A massive thank you from Bobby & Mya in room 4 we couldn’t recommend this place enough.
