Great location, new refurbished room, breakfast was really nice and the staff couldn't do anymore for you. Would recommend highly as a place to stay when coming to eastbourne. The Channel view restaurant inside was delicious.

Had an fantastic Prosecco cream tea today for my Aunties 85th birthday , lovely fresh cakes , sandwiches , scones , all the trimmings . Great reception , service , lovely decor & atmosphere views & very good value for money , top drawer Prosecco & at £2.50 a big glass , no rip off . Totally recommended . Was very well looked after , lovely afternoon . 👍😊

Had a great stay at the West Rocks hotel in Eastbourne... staff were only too accommodating... considering we had two dogs with us as well !
Room was very clean and warm... the staff were only to happy to help....
Situated on the sea front very near the iconic band stand , I can not recommend this hotel enough .. welcoming , bijou and made to feel very at home.. ps .. the bar and restaurant are top notch too x

Stayed here with a small group fo friends. We were made to feel very welcome, nice little bar over looking the sea. Very central and safe. Would stay here again booked for a show at the Congress Theatre in May, so coming back again. Clean tidy and great. G

Hi to all, if you want a central and smart hotel this is the one. Close to the town centre, however better still it’s close to the sea, also having its own beach club on the beach. The staff were excellent and friendly. Visiting again in June. Idea for us, give it a try.

Did a weekend at the west rocks hotel as soon as we got their the staff were very friendly and helpful .I had a double seaview room it was very spacious and had bathroom accessories which was lovely.the room was very clean and well presented with coffee and tea accessories. The housekeeping team are amazing they make sure you have everything you need to make you feel comfortable . Breakfast is good everything is freshly cooked . Will definitely return to the west rocks hotel .
