Only heard the best about Welbeing and although I hope it will be some time before I need their help I would not hesitate to use their services. Friendly and professional team providing invaluable service to the community.

The new offices are very well set up with excellent use of space offering further expansion opportunities. A fantastic environment to work in central Eastbourne featuring plenty of happy faces. Welbeing's focus on customer service is outstanding, which is no surprise given their premier status within the industry and as a Platinum accredited member of the Telecare Service Association.
Hugely impressed with Welbeing's new offices, really professional and welcoming. Welbeing is an excellent operation and one of the jewels of the Eastbourne business community, working locally and nationally.

I was very fortunate to be invited to the recent opening event of Welbeing's new offices in Moy Avenue, Eastbourne. Well what can I say? Such a difference to the old offices! They're lovely - bright, airy, roomy and welcoming. The staff are obviously very pleased with their new surroundings and I am sure the move will make a big difference to their working days and nights! Employee engagement is so important these days and looking after staff is a huge priority, so is the well-being of Welbeing, who do such an incredible job of assisting vulnerable people with their services & products. Well done all in this great achievement!

I used Welbeing on two occasions once for a 'fall alert' for my father and again when I moved home to instal a key-safe. The reassurance of this kind of service is invaluable.

My mum wore a lifeline bracelet and necklace for many years. She sadly passed last year but I can’t recommend their service enough. The peace of mind it brings when leaving an elderly relative alone is huge.
My mum regularly used to press the red button my mistake and all the staff were so patient with her..having a little chat to make sure she was ok and when the button was used for real on several occasions an ambulance was called, we were called and we knew the emergency service could get in with the key lock on the door.
I cant stress enough what an important job they do, in difficult circumstances. Thank you so much from a relative that gained huge value and peace of mind through your service
Welbeing provides a fabulous service. My elderly mother utilises the Lifeline service - it really is something we wouldn't be without. There have been several occasions where without the alarm systems in place, things could have ended differently. It gives the whole family peace of mind.
