I had butterd plaice and chips but was too oily. I asked for takeaway but a table became available and I decided to sit down. Then I paid double so I thought that was a bit cheeky.

My go-to place for takeaway fish and chips in Eastbourne. Large cod and regular chips pictured here, the fish was really good quality; succulent and without going overboard on the batter. Great curry sauce for dipping the chips too. Perfect 👌

Fabulous fish & chips restaurant. The food is amazing and the kids menu is also excellent. For the quality, the prices are amazing. The service is friendly and helpful. The best fish & chips I have had in Eastbourne and a serious contender for best fish & chips full stop. We'll recommended.

Don't know other customers but this fish and chips restaurant never let me down in therm of quality, quantity and freshness of the food it's my favourite when I ordering from home delivery food. So visiting for first time the restaurant, not ordering online was a great positive experience.

Fish cooked to order (that's a plus factor), but I found that batter was very greasy and hadn't been allowed to drain off properly 🙄<br>Shame, as that made the overall meal just average 😔

Magic!<br>I’m originally from Sussex and have lived and worked overseas for 30 years.<br>In Eastbourne for a couple of days, I checked reviews and came here for fish and chips.<br>I had the pleasure of sitting right where all the action is. These guys work super hard and produce better food than the hotel I’m staying in (The Grand!). Terrific food, terrific experience. Congratulations, well done and thanks!
