This little fish and chip restaurant has a lovely family vibe. All the food is prepared freshly to order, the grilled sea bass in particular was sublime. Loved the little side bar for a quick tipple. Definite 5 stars, this is the place to go for fish and chips in Eastbourne!

This was a recommendation from a lady named Clair from a nearby Eriba dealer. My wife and myself got there at around 5.30 pm. and seated at a table by a pleasant staff member. Our order was taken shortly afterwards and served with a cup of freshly brewed tea while we awaited the food.<br>I had ordered Skate and chips and my wife Plaice and chips. If I was to say it was the best fish and chips I could ever remember having I wouldn't do it justice. The chips were crisp outside and fluffy inside. The fish was cooked to order and arrived with a crunchy batter and the fish moist and flavoursome. The staff were all friendly and more than helpful with any of our requests. ( mainly for more tea and slice of b&b). A great meal, pity I live in Essex or I would be there every week. We'll done guys.

This is a great place to eat, the food is epic, I had Cod and chips, and my dad had Huss and chips, if you like fish and chips this is the place, great friendly service and quality food.

We ordered fish and chips which were very nice<br>Good service, clean restaurant and a classic traditional sea side atmospheric cafe<br>The 4 of us(2 adults/2kids) all loved our visit<br>Also much better value than the Harry Ramsden around the corner

The best cod and haddock we have ever tasted, lovely crispy batter, chunky pieces of fish, the only let down was the chips, maybe because it was delivered, my last order of chips was disappointing they were small, just warm and looked as if were reheated from lunchtime leftover. However, we will order again and hope for great chips otherwise we will order fish only and fry our own chips.
