i came to the grove experience today for a full head of highlights and lowlights as well as a cut, i had joe as my stylist and he was absolutely wonderful right from the start. making sure to show me examples (which gave me the bravery to try something different than usual!!), and just making me so comfortable. he kept checking that i was happy with the colour and the cut ect which was so kind i’ve never had such a good experience with a stylist :) i would HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a salon to come here😊very reasonable pricing for the quality of service and results!! joe completely understood what i was looking to have done and honestly my hair has never looked this lovely!!!<br>also, every other salon i’ve ever been to i’ve been upset afterwards because of stylists complaining that i have too much hair and that it’s too easily tangled- joe did not do this at all, which honestly made the experience 100000% better and i felt so happy afterwards😅<br>i will definitely be back soon

When I arrived i was greeted at the door and quickly taken to the styling chair. Although they were quite busy, I was given a refreshment and was made to feel comfortable.<br><br>I had my hair appointment with AmberC she was very friendly and listened and visualised with me what I had in mind. During my appointment she would check in with me and see if I thought anything needed to be altered or adjusted. I really loved the care and attention to detail. She discussed with me products and methods to achieve the best results for my curly hair and what I could use/try.<br><br>Overall a very good experience and highly recommend this salon.

I had a wonderful experience, so enjoyable and soothing given with healing hands. It is now the second time I have been nurtured by Amber and despite being on nasty meds, I am relaxed on my pillow with wonderful aromas. Thank you again x.

Amber was so lovely. I am so happy with my hair, it was a lot to come off but it’s one of my favourite hair cuts i’ve had. I will be back soon to try and keep it this length as i love it.

What a fantastic hairdressers!!! Thank you to the team at The Grove Experience and especially to Millie who gave me an AMAZING service- from the relaxing wash and head massage (in a fancy massage chair!) to the clear consultancy, to the brilliant cut and blow-dry- just look at this hair!!!! It really was a great 'experience' and I truly felt pampered (the teas and coffees were also yummy). The cost was actually pretty good, considering all you got! You've gained a new customer for life- I'll see you again soon Millie!! Thank you 😊

After a period of recent ill health, I was desperately in need of a hair cut, and booked in with Amber, who had done my hair previously; however on this occasion she surpassed herself. The consultation was thorough, and I felt so nurtured during the whole process. Amber is a brilliant stylist, and a caring and friendly person. I left feeling "me" again, such a boost. Thank you to the lovely Millie! My first visit to the Salon and I was made to feel very welcome. Millie listened to what I like and did an amazing job of colouring my hair including roots, highlights and colour. The gloss and shampoo in the lovely lit room was just lovely and the massage chair was superb. A fab hair cut and blow dry left me feeling like I had been well and truly pampered. Thank you so much Millie and I will see you soon!

Absolutely more than five star - so happy with my complete salon experience. Joe is extremely talented and I am delighted with my cut and colour that I had this week. Cannot recommend this salon enough - absolutely gorgeous pampering experience all round with fantastic products and massage chair too. Every visit is an amazing experience.
