We hiked from Seaford to Eastbourne, around 8 miles. And then walked another 2 miles in to reach this place. The restaurant is 5 minutes from Eastbourne station and a welcome surprise for weary travellers and hikers.<br>Now to the food. Me and my partner ordered a Minestrone Soup, Garlic Bread with Mozzarella, Tagliatte Sea food Pasta, and Veggie Lasagna. Every bite was absolute bliss and quite frankly, a great change of pace from the overly priced restaurants in London. The staff was kind and attentive. As we came after hiking, we were a bit under dressed for the place. But all those thoughts went out of the window after the food arrived. Great place. Must try if you ever find yourself in Eastbourne.

Delicious vegan options available including starters and desserts. The service is excellent and they have a lovely wine list. Can’t fault the place.

Really good food - couldn’t fault it and huge portion sizes. Service was a little slow and then we were rushed to pay the bill and leave as the restaurant was closing. Ok so it’s the 1st week or reopening and things are adjusting. However once we got home and checked the receipt, we were disappointed to find we had been charged for 2 drinks we hadn’t had - which left a rather bitter taste.

Take away 3 courses for just over £12! (collection) - really delicious food at bargain prices. The sea bass and tiramissu were delicious. I chose the mushroom starter which wasn't as good - lovely friendly people and my order was done in 5 minutes

My husband wanted to make my birthday special and suggested we have a takeaway meal from Pomodoro.
Although the restaurant provides home-delivery service, we decided to order the food over the phone and then pick it up ourselves - it was lovely to see Luca and some of his staff in the restaurant.I chose my favourite, Tagliatelle Mare e Monti, whilst my husband chose the Calzone. Like normal the food was absolutely delicious, piping hot, and cooked to perfection. My husband said that the sauce which accompanied his Calzone was first class. There were also 2 small pots of parmesan cheese enclosed with our order!

The restaurant has always given us excellent food, well-prepared and nicely presented even when they were extremely busy around Eastbourne Tennis and Air-show time, we are happy to recommend them, they won't disappoint you.

Had the most amazing Valentine set meal delivered to our hone today. It was delivered on time, hot and as delicious as always. 2 x 3 course meal with bottle of wine for £50.00, they even put two containers of Parmesan cheese - exceptional service, delicious food and extremely good value, can’t wait for them to open properly so we can enjoy their food at the restaurant x

Stopped here on the off chance that they had room and they were so friendly and took the Covid restrictions very professionally and safely.
We have tried their restaurant next door which is also very hood but this one was excellent and so worth the £13:70 for the three courses.
