I have been toi this restaurant on several times. The food is excellent and a good price. The staff are attentive but not over the top. A nice varied menu. The carbonara is to die for.

Used this restaurant on both evenings of our week-end in Eastbourne.The service and food are both excellent but be warned - it's busy because it's so good so be sure to book, if you can!

A very pleasant restaurant offering a full range of Pizza and Pasta meals, served quickly and with style. Very good waiting staff and very reasonable prices. About 200 metres from the promenade. Worth a visit.

Lovely food here. It is owned by the same people as La Locanda del Duca and is a bit more family oriented. Food and service very good but a little bit noisy/hectic for me, hence only 4 starts.

Good realisable place. Nice food and reasonably priced. Staff friendly although most not italian which is a real shame!! Lovely attentive host. Menus could change more as a little boring if you visit often.

We recently spent a few days in Eastbourne and, looking for somewhere for lunch one day, we stumbled across this pizzeria-ristorante. What a find! The service was really very good and the food absolutely delicious. On top of which the prices, given the choice and quality of our meals, were astonishing. So much so that on the following evening, our last, we decided to forego dinner (already paid for) in our hotel and went back to P e M. One of my better decisions. I only wish there were one or two even remotely comparable Italian restaurants within reasonable driving distance of our home in Worcestershire, for the odd lunch or evening out.
Below, I've specified the price as mid-range but in all honesty, because of what you get, it ought to have been ' dead cheap - fantastic value'!

Came here on our friends "Hen night" booked the tables in advance as we knew it gets really busy!
Warm welcome by staff as we were shown to our seats, and left to choose our drinks and look at the menu.
Wide choice of food & drinks all reasonably priced to be honest (you can make it as cheap or expensive as you like)
Service was attentive and fast, impressed as it was packed in the Resturant. Food was lovely in flavour, presented beautifully (see photos attached) and served pipping hot! Portions ample (even if you wanted to share!)
Wide range of puddings to try!
Beware for groups of 8 or more a service charge is added to your bill! The noise level was overwhelming at some points, so if you want a quiet romantic dinner for two I would choose another day or a different time.
Over all the Resturant is pleasing to the eye, nicely decorated and parties catered for in their function room. Children's menus available too. Toilets were spotless plus baby changing facilities.
We would come back probably on a different day and time. I think our party of 20 plus enjoyed themselves though.

Recently visited to celebrate a family birthday. Excellent food and great service. Two small complaints - first, 8 adults and one teenager wedged onto a table for 8 made it a little cosy. Second, the noise level and echo in the restaurant made it very difficult to hear others at the table, but these are small issues compared to the quality of food and service

We go to this restaurant on family occasions as it is big bright and rather loud so taking the children doesn't become a nightmare. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The menu has something for everyone and is very reasonably priced.

This is our second time here. We had the three course set meal (we had choices) with a nice bottle of wine. We are glad we booked as it seemed popular with local people as well as visitors to the town. Good food, good value, good service.

We visited the restaurant at 7-ish on a Saturday evening without booking but they still managed to fit us in. The food is excellent and reasonably priced and they don't skimp on the portions. They do a 2- or 3-course deal which is only a bargain if you don't have pizza.
We were there during the Aegon Tennis tournament and a couple of the players were also eating there. Although it was busy we didn't feel under any pressure to leave which was nice.
We'd definitely eat here again.

Have been here a few times and the food is always good. But the last time I went the service wasn't. I understand that they were busy, they put us on a table in the way of everyone. It took a long while before anyone even took our order, like they forgot about us. The table that came in after had their starters before we had our drinks.

Lovely location pleasant staff good food but can get very busy and noisy. entrance to restaurant bit confusing better to book table in advance. Set menu is good value however if ordering off the menu can be expensive. For kids better to ask for no herbs on the pizza (oregano). Can pay in euros or sterling check your bill as an expensive error was made on ours but rectified.

We booked a table here on Sunday 28th June for the five of us. We were not dissapointed at all. The food was excellent and of a very high standard. Staff were very attentive and we all enjoyed the whole experience.

Chose this restaurant after seeing good reviews on Tripadvisor; we weren't disappointed. It was Saturday evening and it was very busy so make sure you book. We were seated straight away and given menus. The waiter came back promptly to take our drinks order, which arrived quickly, and came back a short while later for our food order.
My friends had the mussels for starters which they consumed with gusto & pronounced them as superb. For mains I had the veal Milanese which was excellent; the others had various pasta dishes which were all delicious. We had yummy gelato desserts which I can recommend.
Although it was very busy we were satisfied with the speed of the service &, as I've said, the food really was superb. We had 3 courses, garlic bread & drinks and the bill came to £30 per head which we thought was excellent value considering what we'd had.

We visited today as a family of 16 for a 90th Birthday celebration. The food was excellent and the service was also very good. Superb value as well with a 3 course meal being £12.50. I will definitely be returning in the future!
