AMAZING place over been going here since I was 3 or 4 I've loved it amazing customer service even though it may seem it is overpriced it is not as there are so many things to do 2 indoor play areas 1 for young kids and 1 for big kids 3 outdoor play areas a nice garden outside of the play area and so many other things the arcade is cheaply priced as 1 token is now 25p (were 20p) but of course as things go up in price so will this the maximum cost for 1 arcade machine is 2 tokens (50p) the machines do give out tickets which = 1p on anything in the shop there is a nice little train ride (next to cafè) I dont have much experience of the cafe as only been in about 5 times I know the place very well as I live near .

Great place for young kids - lots to do all at reasonable prices. Plenty of picnic tables which is ideal as cafe isn't great! A really good day out.

Great place for the children, food in the cafe was lovely, shop on the other hand not impressed with customer service I purchased a figurine at the till it was not wrapped or placed in a box in hindsight I should have demanded this to be done as I popped it in my bag only for the bag to fall to the floor and the figurine to break, I took the item to the till to see if they had another that I could purchase the assistant went and got the manager, she came over saying you can't have a refund you broke it,at no point did I ask for a refund her manner was appalling and rude so I left. Will not be going back.

Nice for kids but it's not cheap and train is extra and kids want to go on it. By the time you buy ice creams etc it becomes a more expensive day out.

Great day out if you have young children. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities. From arcades to mini golf. All attached to a garden center and nursery with a cafe and soft play area.

Thank you to the salesman in the shed / sunroom area today( Sat 3rd August 2019) He went out of his way to help me source and buy a shed today. I have to say, for the price £209 it's a top quality one, glass not plastic and planked floor and roof ,not that horrible glued together chip stuff. Great service

four of us went to look for garden containers, furniture and plants and we were not disappointed.
The really nice thing we discovered about it is, it's not just your ordinary garden centre but a place the family (children in particular) can enjoy.
There is a minature train that children and adults can ride in, an educational extension where they can explore and learn about tropical plants and flowers. There is also a very large area at the front inside where you can buy any manner of household items and toys for children.
There is also a very nice cafe which serves a wide range of hot and cold drinks, cakes, salads, hot and cold lunches and also quite a few Vegan meals and snacks.
If you like plants, flowers or just to browse it, it has a very nice vibe and you could spend.almost the whole day there and not feel bored. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Would recommend the park to all garden, flower and plant enthusiasts and a great place to entertain the children in the holidays.
