The staff was great and very efficient. A short walk to a large supermarket.

Sometimes both locks are open and you can't get across, but other than that it's good, quite a huge place, but little draw bridges connect the foot paths across the water. Nice showers, very clean!

This place is great for a walk round, with cafes for refreshments and access to the beach - a lovely spot to while away a morning or an afternoon

A number of Diving operators depart from here (Dive125 was why I was here) lots of nearby free parking and a good array of cafes, bars and restaurants near by. Perfect place to watch the boats coming in and out of the lock system while having a drink, especially after a good Dave of diving

Aerial view of Sovereign Harbour taken at sunset.

A special and beautiful place to walk whatever the weather. Tranquil in the evening and early morning. Bars and restaurants hug the main Harbour where you can view the stunning boats and spend a lazy afternoon/evening just simply walking around the harbour.

Quite an unexpected pleasure. Some boat trips, lock gates into the marina due to the differing sea levels a martello tower and a good number of restaurant cafe areas with outdoor and indoor space for dining. Well protected from the wind and a pleasure to walk around looking at the cruisers and sailing boats within the various harbour areas.

Opened in 1993, this is already a mature town within a town. Worth the walk. Lots of boats to see. Fresh air, sunshine (yes, really!) and some eateries to choose from. Best if you can visit by boat, but if not there is a boat tour available, from outside the restaurants.

We were on a small break and had a day out to the Marina. Never knew it was there. Fantastic place to visit, parking free all day and some great places to eat and drink.
