I had the pleasure of visiting the Polegate office to renew my public liability insurance policy. The team very friendly, knowledgeable and "talked in my language" I got a better deal than my renewal offer and I am even more confident I am in safe hands with them. Big thanks to Stuart C for all his help and patients trying to get hold of me with my hectic diary! See you again when my Car and Home policies are due.

I was looking to insure my son , so that I could teach him to drive in his own car and was ‘losing the will to live’, when by chance a member of your team in Eastbourne suggested I phoned the office for a quote.
I did , not expecting too much, but was very pleasantly surprised.
They gave me a verbal estimate and let me think about it, contacted me when agreed some three days later and I arranged it all on the phone.
I signed some papers and provided copies of driving licenses and am NOW and will remain a HAPPY One Answer Customer .
The other insurance companies kept calling and got quite upset and rude, which has made me even less likely to use anyone other than One Answer in the future and I am telling all I can to contact One Answer for their insurance needs.

Through a local recommendation I approached One Answer Insurance for a quote for my House & Contents insurance, the agent paid me a personal visit to explain my options, from this I made a £250 plus saving. The whole process was made easy with the agent, who explained in plain English and was available at all times for my queries.

Had quite a pushy conversation with one of their sales personnel as he was more than eager to get the call finished once I'd shown an interest in the offered insurance but... they did get me the best price for what seems like a pretty comprehensive policy so just needed to ignore his fast talking, ask the questions that I wanted answered and repeat them if he tried moving on without giving a proper answer.
As for how they handle claims, hopefully I won't have to make one so can't comment on that just yet.
