I have recently started a new insurance policy with One Answer and I was really struggling to get my documents sorted for my Taxi. I am so grateful for the support of the lovely Becka.<br>She was patient with me and helped me sort my documents in just a couple of phone calls. I am very happy with the service.

He went beyond what I thought I would done to help me with my predicament and has helped me to come to a peaceful and stress free solution. I am amazed at the skill and efficiency of Daniella McPherson of customer service department the way she handled the call and case which apparently seemed complicated to me but she lifted the heavy weight out of my shoulder and made the final part of the process easy. She's a gem!

Thank you once again for a great deal on my car insurance, when the renewal came through it was a little higher than last year and having had an expensive service I thought it best to check if I was getting the best price. Logging on to a comparison website I filled in a form with lots of questions and selected options as close to the policy I had. When the results came back showing the cheapest on offer was nearly £100 more I new I was in safe hands with One Answer so took up the renewal. Talked with Suzie W who was very helpful and made the process painless! Speak again in a month or two when my home contents is due for renewal 

One Answer have every competitive prices. Their customer service is excellent, and another major reason I have stayed with them through the years. Emails always get answered promptly, questions are always answered fully so you don't worry, and I particularly want to recommend Joseph Odubade. He has been exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend.

Took out insurance yesterday after great customer service from Drew. He was very efficient and always called when he said he would. He knew the the answers to my questions. Got a great deal that saved me hundreds and also a payment plan that suited me. I liked Drew’s friendly approach, without being over familiar like some companies where I’ve been called love and dear on the first call!! Very happy.

Very poor service. I renew my policy with them still not receive my cover note it's been three day when I phone they said we are sent it to your email now this 3rd day I haven't receive anything from them my old policy is finishing tonight so I'm not sure I'm insured or not without cover note I can't take risk to drive my car. Because of them I have to miss my work tomorrow I'm really disappointed

Just had an historic breakdown cover query and needed information re: cove, as the breakdown company closed and cover was transferred to another company at which time i had cause to call out breakdown recovery. This must have been during that period. I used chat and Shola Smith sorted this and sent the relevant documents within 15 mins. So prompt a, helpful & efficient

review for Daniella mcpherson, decent girl helpped me a lot in a very short amount of time couldn't fault her which is a lot seeing as went through a painstaking 6 months going between different people in the buisness only her and one other person from the broker which was a good proactive employee with human emotions .

I had to enquiry regarding my brother's Taxi Insurance matter, and when I called there, I was put through to Customer Service Advisor - Daniella; She dealt the matter with very professionally. I had to send some documents and she advised me to send through 'WhatsApp' and it was done very efficiently and all the matter solved there in then. Very pleased to deal with,
