Their customer service is fantastic, and their prices are competitive - exactly what you want. In particular, I want to recommend Joseph Odubade who I dealt with. He's polite, friendly, very efficient and always answered my questions thoroughly. You can tell he really cares about his job. I hope his manager reads this review! Businesses survive not only because of their products, but because of the staff members in the organisation.<br>Highly recommend 1answer!

I was very very impressed by the phenomenal customer service from Mark Cozen's, his ways of selling you things is incredible, not only did he get me the best quote out there! He made me feel proud taking out the policy, very kind chap, highly recommended to everybody, no stutter in any of his speech very confident 10/10 for the lad.

I'm next to uninsurable. If I go to Go-Compare or the like for insurance on a standard 1.4 hatchback, I receive quotes asking for around £10,000 a year. With specialists such as BeWiser I can still expect to pay £250-£300 a month. With Oneanswer they were able to offer me quotes of £100-£120 o a Sunday afternoon. I had only just got my insurance that low BEFORE my ban. My broker was Drew Reed and he pulled all the stops out and bent over backwards to get me the best price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I had quite big problems with my policy when I originally took it out (overzealous sales advisor) but the problems were quickly ironed out by Rebecca (customer service agent) dealing with me who went the extra mile at a very quick pace to make sure my policy met my needs and documents were received extremely quickly - Thank you, I am very grateful to you.<br>Overall happy with price too.

It wasn't an instant service I had to wait approx 15 mins for lovely Katie to answer. I had given up and sent an email while waiting querying the same miscommunication between departments Hopefully everything has been sorted now.<br>All personnel I have been in-contact with have been professional, polite and reassuring. I hope communication between departments improves as this is the only thing that lets down the excellent service One Answer provides.

Have motorbike insurance I have been recommended by a fair few people to get a quote and 1 Answer did not disappoint. Friendly service everything explained and best of all local. Happy customer been with them a couple years now more policies to follow :)

I had a difficult time finding insurance and alot of people were unhelpful. Haydon was super amazing and promised to find me a good deal which he did. he was friendly over the phone and made me feel comfortable and happy to go ahead with my policy. he was able to answer all my questions without fail. I am a customer of OneAnswer insurance and my review is for this company and their working partner CloseBrothers finance. I have been with this company just under 6 months, as a new driver I spent ages shopping for affordable quotes and was failing miserably. I want to shout out to Thomas Guy who emailed me and bless him kept in touch with me and helped me as much as he possibly could on getting the best deal on my new car. I don't know how he did it but he done an amazing job and made me feel at ease with my new insurance policy. He was never pushy and he understood my financial circumstances. After I very happily started my policy one answer have always been there if I have needed them. Recently I came in to a serious financial struggle and a gentleman named Adam Blake at CloseBrothers finance was very very understanding and made arrangements with my late payment so that I comfortably had time to sort myself out and get my premium paid when I could taking away late chargers and the fear of having my insurance cancelled and obviously in the process of making my first years no claims this is something I really didn't want and could not afford another insurance deposit.
I can't put into words enough how fantastic and supportive one answer and close brothers have been, also a shout out to Reece (one answer) & Chris (Close brothers) the customer service has been nothing less than brilliant for me even when financially I've feared the worst and apologized to the hilt (which they also tell me not to apologize for)
I'll be honest if I am able to stay with this company for the rest of my driving days then so be it... They are 1,00,000,000% outstanding & satisfactory.
This is not a false review to big up the company I am a genuine happy customer these guys put you first not your money.
