Damian and Billy spent a couple of hours installing our new line in Eastbourne. They explained the process and sought information from us to help problem solve throughout the whole period. They worked well and calmly as a team and we were satisfied with the experience.

The team would have had a 5 but for the fact that there were so many problems to sort out that they were back and forth for most of the day. But they did stick with it and only left ( the appointment was morning and they arrived at 8am) when it was up and running. Dan also set up my TV, phone and computer to the new password, before he left at 5 pm. All the team were polite, friendly and hard workers.

Excellent service - Frederick and Matt turned up on time and managed to get the fibre from the pole across a very busy road with no fuss, then completed the cabling to our home office to a far higher standard then the BT cabling for our standard fibre broadband connection. Really can't fault their expertise and politeness. A great pity the bonus for positive Trust Pilot reviews has been withdrawn!

Installed as agreed on time. Not given enough information about best place for modem so I agreed bedroom was easiest run into house but that wasn't best place for me, and also didn't realise the drop between where it came for to extender was I had 500 Mbps your WiFi on your phone is about 285/300 from the extender 185 Mbps where as the sales literature say 200/300 Mbps

Fred and Matt were nice and early as requested, and we're very professional in all they did. They explained how and what they were going to do very clearly, and were chatty and friendly. Quick and easy set up

We had our lightning fibre installed by Damian & Billy who was very friendly and informative, they explained everything in detail making sure we were aware of all the work required before starting. They were tidy and considerate to our home when working inside and out. They ensured we were able to connect to the internet and happy before they left. It’s great the box has a QR code for easy logon and internet is great connection. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Whilst it's a bit early to comment on Lightning Fibre the 2 lads who installed my fibre connection were exceptionally helpful and accommodating when installing the modem, I showed them where I wanted it to go and they ensured my wish was fulfilled, excellent service. Very happy with our new service and would certainly recommend Lighting Fibre to friends and family.

Installation went very smoothly and Damian & Billy were professional and informative. All options and placements were explained thoroughly to make sure we were happy before work began. Love the fact you can connect to the router by QR code, and my husband even has a booster for his office. Installation didn't take as long as I expected, and we are extremely happy both with the broadband itself and Lightning Fibre's service.

The installation team explaid all the work they would do. Before asking me to sign to allow the work to commence. Shortly after they allowed em to inspect the work and asked to sign I was happy. All was as they explained so signed away. Great explanations from the installers answering all my random networking questions. Shout out to levi and Owen <3

Perfect installation. The engineers discussed with me where I would like the install and fitted the box neatly in the exact location which was a tricky to access under stairs cupboard
