Had my new internet installed a week ago and so far no problems at all. The guys who came and fitted it were very good and were also very tidy and compared to sky it now costs £25 a month less for double the speed (1 gig). On the whole very happy and a local company as well. I would recommend lightning fibre to everyone

The installers were really lovely and they arrived bang on time and just cracked on with the job. They asked my opinion on where all the cables went and they were super efficient and the whole job only took about an hour. They were so polite and one of them even took his boots off to come in to my house, which is basically a building site. My wifi speed is now super fast and even cheaper than my old rubbish broadband.

Very thoughtful and diligent installation taking a lot of care to make sure the router was where I wanted it and the connection through the garden lawn cannot be seen. So far absolutely no issues with the connection - amazing.

The Install guys were quick and professional & left me the booster hub I was promised. The Internet is super quick = 958MBPS downstairs & 505MBPS upstairs. Cheers Lightning fibre I will definitely recommend. Brother & sister-in-law have both got it now. Chris in Eastbourne (Hampen Park)

5 star Service,<br>I have been with Lightning Fibre for a few years now across a couple address's and have nothing but amazing full gb service and amazing customer service, I have just set up to change address and start a new two year contract and Ryan at Lightning fibre was a great help.<br><br>There installations are always speedy, you can sometimes need to wait a couple weeks to get installation slot but thats understandable due to the sheer amount of customers signing up a few given by myself (totally forgetting about the referral code for a month free 😂)<br><br>They come highly recommended by me.

Lightning Fibre were very helpful in helping us switch from another provider to them. The agreed time slot was spot on and the installation team were both curteous and polite and took their workboots off to come in to finish the installation. They made sure that where they had dug up the front garden it was put back as they found it showing virtually no signs of disturbance. There was nosoil left on the surface and lifted brickwork was reinstated properly. They estimated their time with us when they arrived and were gone around 20 minutes before that deadline.They returned the coffee and tea mugs and made sure they were empty.<br>All this on a day when it was raining the whole time they were here. Highly commendable and we even phoned the office to tell them we were so impressed with their service/installation/engineers.<br>On a final note, they even removed all the dust and debris from the two small holes they drilled through the wall to attach the internal boxes.

We had lightning fibre Wi-Fi installed yesterday. All lovely and straight forward. Liam and Joel done a great job, nice and friendly. Discussed where we would like equipment fitted, always checking that we were happy with everything. Their work was nice and tidy and quickly done. Would definitely recommend this company as from the word go they were very good at keeping in touch on schedules and time frames.

My installation was completed today by Levi & Owen, they explained the process & answered all my questions. They arrived on time & all work was carried out professionally, they even hoovered up the dust from the work carried out. Speeds are a vast improvement on my previous provider.
