Fantastic customer service all the way through. From my initial call with Robin to set up my service, through my install with Owen and Levi, and the follow up courtesy call from Luke. Lightening Fibre couldn't have been more helpful. The customer service has been excellent. Everything was explained in detail and all my questions on the day of my install we're answered in detail. Great service and I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for internet service.

The 2 engineers turned up exactly when they said they would and I received a curtesy reminder call the day before.
The engineers took their time and went over and above to allay my fears about connectivity throughout my flat.

I can't fault the service we have received. Installation was quick, clean and professional. All equipment provided and it's use explained. I've never before had a phone call to see how things are, so was very surprised and delighted when they called to check in on us. If we have any problem, you can quickly phone, get a person, who either gives you the answer, or calls back. I would not hesitate to recommend this service and supplier.

Engineers arrived on the agreed date and installed quickly, cleanly and professionally, very kind, friendly and talkative, kept mess from drilling to a minimum and provided fantastic advice on maximising the performance of our devices, so far speeds have kept fairly consistent with only a few drops (usually during peak time usage), fantastic local provider who actually seem to care about their customers, Andy, Nathaniel and Liam were our installation team and they're a great bunch of lads, I believe our sales person was a lady called Lia (apologies if that's incorrect), called us as soon as our area went live and offered us a very respectful deal for our broadband and was very informative with all our questions.

I have had Lightning Fibre Broadband for over two years. In that time the performance has been great and the speed has always been what Lightning advertise. Their response to queries and to fix issues has been first class. They always respond immediately to phone calls and emails and take corrective action very promptly. They provide a level of service that I have not experienced with any other broadband or phone provider.<br>Lightning Fibre are responsible for the whole network so there is never any buck passing between the provider and the company that supplies the fibre connection. (No more frustration of Sky saying "It's Openreach's problem" and then Openreach blaming Sky)<br>Lightning Fibre are a local company, sponsor many local events. Jacob, Callum, Liam & Joel installed my Lightning Fibre. Very friendly and considerate installers. The work was completed to a very high standard. I was consulted every step of the way and the area was left clean and tidy. I noticed the faster downloading speeds immediately.

Had my fibre in for a few weeks now and it's been superb..the deal offered was amazing..the install team of Kieron and Charlie were friendly, knowledgeable and fast..whole process was done in under 2 hours and we were up and running..the added booster to ensure good access upstairs was a plus as previously I had to pay bt for an extender..speed's been great so far and hopefully continues

Both George and Dan were polite and left things clean and tidy. It only took a couple of hours to install new equipment including testing and explaining to me how the set up worked. Lightning Fibre also have a good customer service, with someone you can call if you have a query or a problem.

After many years of being a customer of a major UK internet broadband supplier, I finally decided that I could not accept a situation of continually rising prices as well as being locked into punitive contracts. So, when I came across Lightning Fibre, I jumped at the chance of lower prices as well as fast broadband speeds. The whole installation process went smoothly and efficiently coupled with very helpful and friendly administrative and technical support. I am totally satisfied with Lightning Fibre and what it does. It's a local company which I feel is hugely important now in a world of corporate reach. I heartily recommend anyone thinking of changing their broadband supplier to talk to the good people at Lightning Fibre. You won't be disappointed!
