Didn't start well felt I was being messed about whe couldn't get signal luckily my neighbour was having his installed explained our problem to the two who was doing theirs and within minutes we had our signal. Very happy with lightning fibre haven't had any problems since but I know if I call the phone will be answered straight away and they are there 7 days a week. Lightning Fibre are better than my previous company .

Took a while from the cable going in the road to connection,however worth the wait.
Very quick speeds now between 400 and 500 mb.

Well that was easy & so professional by Ash & Jack. Phone call the day before, arrived on time, explained the process & all completed. Very neat & tidy install & even plugged the tv into the router. Even Checked our devices were all connected to the new Wi-Fi. Speed seems fast too. Now to turn off plusnet.

Always do their best to resolve any questions or queries and quick to answer the phone and speak straight to a real person in the uk, a local firm for me and great to be able to support a local business.<br>Their prices I have found to be as competitive if not cheaper than anywhere else and also fixed for contact term unlike other companies.

From the moment of first contact to the final installation of the Broadband facility it was just plain old fashioned high quality British service. A quality somewhat missing in this day and age!. From my initial call to Sales (Eden) to the installation (Kieran and Charlie) I could not have asked for a better team. Communication and efficiency at its best. Finally a phone gets answered quickly and you actually speak to human being!

On time, finished the job quickly, tidy work and explained the how the router and expander works etc. The complete package was vey efficient. My one criticism is that is was so quick and that maybe a more measured approach and some advice and assistance in transferring everything over to lightening maybe of help to the older group of customers and not so tech savvy as myself.

Great team work all round from my first enquiry with Ryan to the eventual fitting by Levi and Owen. The location was not straightforward and they had to do a little creative planning for the install (and in pouring rain). I’m very happy with everything and so good to know I have a local number to call if I should experience problems. Highly recommended

Had my fibre fitted yesterday, so far so good the workmen Kieron and Charlie who installed it were great, i explained i was'nt to good at these things but they explained everything step by step, even sorted my tv to the wi-fi, very polite men who even shook my hand when leaving, great service.

I had my lightning fibre fitted today in eastbourne and what can I say other than brilliant,Ben and Charlie did a great job,I live in a hmo so the wall was extra thick and access was very tricky but they had no issues at all,customer service is brilliant from the guys doing the installation and the staff in the offices are brilliant too ,on time and a very good service, speeds are excelent too for anyone skeptical like i was ,I highly recommend the switch from copper cables to fibre if you're a gamer or just need good reliable Internet,very happy :)
