The booster doesn’t work. However the engineers are very efficient and polite. They did a quality job installing my connection, also it makes a refreshing change to be answered straight away when calling the support phone number . I’m glad I changed to Lightning Fibre. Also they read my 4star review and are going to look in to the booster for me . This company is setting the standard. With my experience so far. I would give 5 stars.

Contacting them is easy. Installation excellent and achieving advertised upload/download speed. Just be vigilant that they do honour any customer incentive offers. We had to chase them up to get our 6 month free offer.

Communication was good. Appointment was on time. The engineers were great. They explained everything they needed to do, as the installation was not as straightforward as I thought. They were very careful in laying the cable under the garden and put it all back as it was. The speed was as indicated. I would recommend Lightening Fibre.

I am positively surprised not just with the speed of this broadband but all the installation process, easy to book, the team was on site when agreed, did a fantastic job discussing the options to take the fibre into the property and fixed everything they had to "break" to get it in smoothly. Communications so far have been meaningful and informative.

The work was carried out in a polite and professional manner with minimal disturbance to my garden even though the weather had been awful and the ground was saturated the work area was left clean and tidy . This installation team is a credit to the company .
The internet speed is on average 10x that of my previous provider at a very competitive price .
